I have been a customer of this company for many yearsI have purchased their software with "lifetime" upgrades each time when I switch my devices from Palm to Blackberry to Android The software worked marginally well, always had major sync issues - produced duplicates, lost entries etcBut I kept it anyway, as it satisfied my needs and also because over years I've accumulated large number of entries (over 300) and migration to another app would be a hassle that I did not want to embrace Its all ended with the latest update when they decided to take my data hostage in order to boost their profitsAfter that update I cannot do ANYTHING with my data anymore - no sync, NO EXPORT, unless I pay them subscription fees I am forced to type all passwords - one by one - into another app This shameful update was done with no announcements on their site, no warnings in the app, nothingStay away from this company if you value your timeThey are either completely unethical and thus cannot be trusted with your passwords, or completely desperate and going under, and therefore should not be trusted with your passwords
