Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding a complaint from *** *** *** regarding a recent order of school portraits of her son at *** *** Elementary School in Gainesville, VirginiaWe deeply regret the problem *** ***
experienced in receiving her orderIt looks like the genesis of the problem was there was insufficient information provided to enable fulfillment of the orderSpecifically, an individual image locator number is required to properly identify the image being orderedSince we were unable to obtain the individual image locator number, we have fully refunded *** ***'s credit card (see attached refund receipt).Splendid Portraits makes every effort to provide world class customer service and we appreciate *** *** Communicating her dissatisfaction, as this valuable feedback allows us to improve in areas where customers feel we are lacking.Should you or *** *** desire to discuss this matter further, please contact me at ###-###-####Thanks again for your concern regarding this matter.Sincerely,

Review: I order some pictures for my TWO kids the quality of pictures is poor and I was not happy with pictures I paid $80.00 I asked for the refund and I did not get the full amount they are charging me a $7.50 Refund fee I should not be penalized from there bad quality productDesired Settlement: I want my $7.50 pending

We deeply regret the problem **. [redacted] experienced in obtaining a full refund. The end result is a full refund has now been issued to **. [redacted].

I would like to point out that a refund of the disputed $7.50 was issued prior to receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com. It is my hope **. [redacted] will be satisfied once the $7.50 refund check is received. I encourage **. [redacted] to contact me directly should she require additional assistance.
