To whom it may concern: I was notified by my crew yesterday of a potential property dispute by a verbally aggressive and armed individualI told them to leave the disputed area and continue working in a different area until I could arriveI showed up within the hour of receiving the phone call and looked at the disputed areaThere were no clear property markers that I saw but he claimed that he had just had a survey completed and we "destroyed his property and the survey marker"This was not a turfed or grassy area but rather a mountain landscapeI asked him that if we reseeded the disputed area and if he provided me the contact information of the company that completed the survey I would contact them to see about it being replaced and would that be acceptableHe agreedI reseeded the disputed area within a couple hours of the initial complaint and awaited the contact info for the survey companyI was instead provided the number to a survey company in the area that had not provided any service to his propertyI asked again to have that info and he refusedAfter continued verbal abuse he informed me he would be contacting our local sheriff as well as my insurance agent which I provided him the information toHe contacted the sheriff yesterday evening and a sheriff's deputy was out to his property and called me afterwardsShe filed a report with Jefferson County Sheriff's office case # [redacted] (it will be public record by next week when they are able to put it in their system at which time I am happy to present it to the Revdex.com for your records) noting that she saw no damage or clear property markers and would include that in her report and that the homeowner had said he would pursue criminal action against my company but that she noted she noted no damage and no further action was required from us for their report.I have cooperated fully with the appropriate authorities as well as contacting my insurance agent to contact him on our behalfThe $dispute is for a survey company to come in and replace a corner pin that he claims was placed last weekWithout any proof that there was a marker originally I have put this to my insurance company to resolve the issue and will continue to stay in contact with them until a resolution is finalized as well as speak to any authorities that wish to speak with meI am happy to discuss this dispute directly with a Revdex.com representative should they wish to speak with meThank you [redacted] Owner Splintered Forest

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The sheared off property marker was found so no further action is necessary and the matter is resolved.
Sincerely,

call and looked at the disputed area. There were no clear property markers that I saw but he claimed that he had just had a survey completed and we "destroyed his property and the survey marker". This was not a turfed or grassy area but rather a normal mountain landscape. I asked him that if we reseeded the disputed area and if he provided me the contact information of the company that completed the survey I would contact them to see about it being replaced and would that be acceptable. He agreed. I reseeded the disputed area within a couple hours of the initial complaint and awaited the contact info for the survey company. I was instead provided the number to a survey company in the area that had not provided any service to his property. I asked again to have that info and he refused. After continued verbal abuse he informed me he would be contacting our local sheriff as well as my insurance agent which I provided him the information to. He contacted the sheriff yesterday evening and a sheriff's deputy was out to his property and called me afterwards. She filed a report with Jefferson County Sheriff's office case #[redacted] (it will be public record by next week when they are able to put it in their system at which time I am happy to present it to the Revdex.com for your records) noting that she saw no damage or clear property markers and would include that in her report and that the homeowner had said he would pursue criminal action against my company but that she noted she noted no damage and no further action was required from us for their report.I have cooperated fully with the appropriate authorities as well as contacting my insurance agent to contact him on our behalf. The $750 dispute is for a survey company to come in and replace a corner pin that he claims was placed last week. Without any proof that there was a marker originally I have put this to my insurance company to resolve the issue and will continue to stay in contact with them until a resolution is finalized as well as speak to any authorities that wish to speak with me. I am happy to discuss this dispute directly with a Revdex.com representative should they wish to speak with me. Thank you.  [redacted]Owner Splintered Forest
