Review: We had three ductless air conditioners put in our home.We were told that we needed one unit downstairs and two smaller units upstairs.My husband and I were very disappointed with the work that was done.We were told when David came to our house that the compressor would be hung on the side of the house and we would not need alot of piping.When the men came to do the work they said they cannot hang the compressor it is too big so now it is in the front of the house and we had to take down bushes to make room and use more piping.We do believe he should have know as the manager how large the unit is and where it can be placed.We also have white siding on our home and they put up beige capping around the pipes outside and when my husband asked why they were not using white they told him that was all they have there was no white.When I called the next day and I asked about getting white capping I was told that is the only color it comes in and I know friends who have their capping in white.Desired Settlement: I would like them to get the white capping because I know it is available and replace the beige ones they put in.I know nothing can be done about the placement of the compressor but he should have told us that before we gave him a deposit and the men were at our home doing the workWe paid $7500 for this job I think we are not asking too much Thank you
