Jeff.If you went to their website weeks ago it clearly stated "all properties have been specifically managed for years for trophy management" The website has obviously been changed since then, and if this case gets taken to the court system, I will be sure that their website edits since filing of these complaints is subpoenaedI urge the Revdex.com to also request copies of the edit record of their website since complaints were filedSplit brow obviously didnt take much time to respond to this complaint in a well thought out manner, as the spelling and grammar in their response is horribleThey property at 11:58PM, which can be verified thru the GPS records on my company issued cell phoneAll of our phones are tracked by the companyThe point of all of this is to demonstrate that they are obvious liarsI have no incentive to come after anyoneMy biggest issue now, that I also have a record of via text message, is that Jeff from Split Brow contacted me FIRST, without me even requesting money back, and told me how bad he felt about my hunt, and offered me a full refund of my hotel staysWhen I offered him those receipts, he stated, nevermind you contacted the Revdex.com now I am not giving you $backIn addition, I was never shown trail camera photos of the actual property I was huntingIf you go to the trail cam section on their website weeks ago, a majority of the kill pictures are of Jeff himself, and the deer on their cameras that they are advertising on their website range in size from 110" up to maybe 145"So yes, I did kill a 136" deer on day one of the hunt, which according to the pictures, this would be a deer in the upper ranges of what they had to offer on ANY of their farmsAnd finally, it would have taken a LOT LOT LOT more than a vacuum and a few garbage bags to clean the place out I was expected to lodge atIt would take a professional cleaning company SEVERAL DAYS to get this place even close to a liveable conditionAlso, their website says all houses have TV's, and I checked this while there and the TV didnt work eitherIn their response they claim to have had other hunters, well, I was told there had only been other hunters on this propertyAnd I would urge the Revdex.com to reach out to those hunters for their fair and unbiased opionions on the property and the accomodations and quality of deer present, as well as the safety and condition of the tree stands present on the propertyThey would have no reason to take a side in this issueThe bottom line here, and I have told this to Jeff as well, is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to be both an extreme whitetail hunter, as well as a Outfitting GuideBecause both take 100% committment, and if you try to do both, one of them will suffer severelyAnd in this situation, it was us, the paying huntersNever in my LIFE would I pay $to hunt a farm that has NEVER been hunted before by the outfittersI would have surely requested to be hunting on one of the farms that had been managed for years as they claimed all their properties had beenI am available via phone at [redacted] And I would be more than happy to provide cell phone records, GPS records showing he lied about my arrival time, and anything else to help in your investigationI will also provide the text from Jeff indicating he felt bad and offered me a full refund of my hotel accomodations which he obviously wouldnt have offered to do if he thought this hunt was worth everything he says it wasAnd they are either lying to you, or they lied to me, because his response indicates that their had been hunters there that day , but I reviewed the complaint. I will address each of Mr. [redacted]'s complaints.
Mr. [redacted] contacted in the beginning of 2015 about hunting with SplitBrow Outfitters on one of our properties. He was the first...

hunter to book a hunt on that property, however he was told that there was a possibility that another single hunter would be hunting that property also. We have a limit of two hunters per property. Another hunter was added later in the year and Mr. [redacted] was contacted by phone and told this. There is a two bedroom house on this property and Mr. [redacted] was told the other hunter would occupy the other bedroom. The other hunter did have a dog. I did not mention this to Mr. [redacted] because the other hunter said he would keep the dog in his bedroom. There is also a trailer house on this same property but we do not own/lease it. So I would never state that each hunter with have their "own cabin".
Food plots were put in the spring, some were washed out. We contacted a local farmer to leave corn up on the property so there would be more food plots for our hunters.
Mr. [redacted] stated there were no "big deer" on the property. Attached are photos of deer from game cameras on that property.
Mr. [redacted] hunted one day out of a five and a half-day hunt. By only "hunting" one day, he can not say there were no big deer on the property.
I met Mr. [redacted] the day before the hunt (Nov. 13, 2015). I told him to meet me at 11:00 am at the property to check-in. I showed-up at 10:30 to vacuum, clean, change towels and dispose of garbage from the two previous bow hunters that were there two weeks earlier. Mr. [redacted] was already there when I arrived to clean. There were dead flies and lady bugs that needed to be vacuumed up. I also needed to take out the garbage because I had told the previous hunters to leave the garbage inside so animals would not get into it. I walked out to show Mr. [redacted] some of the stands that are placed on the property. There are seven new (2015) ladder stands. Two new (2015) portable stands and four wood box blinds that are older but very safe and easy to get into. I showed Mr. [redacted] a few of the stands, but I did not want to walk through the entire property in fear of kicking any deer out that may be in there.
The property is 240 acres and is very accessible by foot from the house. If you are a true hunter you would not have any issues with walking to a stand to get a deer.
Mr. [redacted] quit hunting on Nov. 15 by 9:30 am. He called me and left a message that he "only saw two deer" that morning. My business partner will take pictures of all deer stands, corn plots left up, and the house. If you need, I can also set up a date and meet with you at the property to show you everything is safe and clean. I believe Mr. [redacted] wanted to walk out the door maybe 20 feet and shoot a deer and say he was a hunter. His "camera man" was leaving Sunday afternoon, and I believe Mr. [redacted] did not feel comfortable staying on the property by himself for whatever reason. I have never heard of a hunter leaving after one day.
I can supply you with a list of hunters from the opening weekend this year that can answer any further questions you might have. Splitbrow Outfitters cannot control how the deer movement is going to be our the weather, this is why it is called hunting and not killing.
Im sorry for Mr. [redacted] concerns, but Splitbrow Outfitters is given our clients the chance to shoot the best buck of their choice. I have enclosed pictures of the house, deer, and one of two acrea corn food plot. Aso Mr. [redacted] has sent a complaint to the Missouri Atorney General witch have recieved and responed to. The case was dropped. If you need proof of the letter I will be more then happy to send it.

Split Brow outfitter is being dishonest in there response, which I am not surprised. I have 2 witnesses that both stated what they witnessed and what transpired in written documentation and photo's. Split Brow has 3 property's that they lease. There operation is to hunt all the mature deer before the paying customer has a chance to hunt. On there web sight the deer in their pictures are the deer they have killed. What they do is have the paying customer pay for the property so they can hunt the quality deer and leave nothing for the paying customer. The outfitter himself the first day of deer rifle season had no problem killing a 170 inch deer and sent text photos of his deer. Instead of taking care of their paying customers he's out hunting? There stands are old and dangerous they have knowingly false represented there outfit and could care less about the customer once they have received payment. Any honest company would go out of there way to make sure the customer was satisfied, which they have no intentions of doing so. The reason I left early is that I knew I had been scammed. I knew everything they said was a lie. The other hunter ([redacted]) that was hunting on the same property with me went and got a hotel room because he knew that split brow had not told me that there would be another hunter in the "SAME CABIN". There so called "food plots" was only corn, and not wheat, biologic,and CRP and turnips like I was told. I also would like to say ([redacted]) traveled from Wisconsin to hunt in Missouri and told me he would never come back to Missouri to ever hunt again. I am a combat veteran of this county I looked forward to this hunt for a year only to be scammed by a dishonest outfitter. Split Brow advertises on there website that these propertys have been managed for "10"yrs, but they only been in business for 1 year here in missouri. Please see attached photo's of the deer that I took while hunting on there La Plata Missouri property, Do they look like "mature deer" that been managed for 10 yrs? I payed $1750.00 for this hunt and walked away with nothing but discussed. This outfitter should not be in business period. I hope the Revdex.com will warn other hunters that Split Brow Outfitters is a scam company.

We can go back and forth, we have all the text, pics, and web site telling about us. The Attorney General of Missouri closed out the complaint after we sent him all the information.
