The figure she gave, $3320.25, does not include the maintenance fee for her timeshare. The difference of $540.00 is for the maintenance fee she pays each year for her timeshare. November 20, 2015Dear [redacted];On June 27, 2015 [redacted] & [redacted] purchased a timeshare from [redacted], The program was explained to them in its entirety and chose to purchase a one bedroom Green season in [redacted] that is equal to 38,250 points. They can use those points for a...

full week at [redacted] during the Green season or deposit them with Interval International, our exchange company, and use them for different size units or shorter stays. They can if they choose come back to [redacted] for weekends. However there is no way they would turn them into 30 weekends. A stay at [redacted] costs an average of $159,00 a night which without tax would be $318,00 a weekend times 30 would be a $9540.00 value each year.The [redacted]'s paid a total of $6842.00 for a 99 year contract, I have spoken to [redacted] multiple times and explained this to her, she has the points confused with our Rewards Program. We have a Referral Program, if you refer someone to take a tour you receive Rewards and yes you can stay at [redacted]for 550 Rewards Points a night, but these are earned thru bringing referrals. Our referral director, myself and [redacted] have explained this to her.[redacted] & [redacted] were very happy when they purchased. The contract was read to them and they were fine with everything. They were so pleased that they came back the following weekend and we treated their family to water park passes. In no way did we misrepresent nor give them the wrong contract to sign. We have spoken to [redacted] and told her we would like to sit down with her and she has asked for a meeting which we have agreed to at her convenience.Our timeshare program has been at [redacted] since 1988. We have over 20,000 satisfied members, Our closing process is extremely thorough and leaves no room for misunderstanding.
