Spocket

This is poor customer service. I tried canceling on my 14-day trial. We NEVER added any product to our website from Spocket. We were misled.. we was Not given the optionof plan we wanted (which was supposed to be free. 30.00 at minimal per month, and the system automatically defaulted to a 1 yr. subscription when I signed up. Again, we did not have an option to view all products without registering. Why would we automatically pay a company almost $400.00 if we weren't sure if your website had quality products for our website? If anything if we were misled and redirected to a one year plan! Unfortunately we were obligated to set up an account to find this about this company. *** Obviously, not a glitch in the system. "***"and other trusted sites have left reviews on this place in the recent couple of months with the same and similar complaints. Again, we were automatically drawn into a yearly subscription. We sent multiple emails to the company asking where to find items and the service as we were in our 14-day free trial. Customer representatives were less than knowledgeable in finding our product line. Two reasons (at minimum) as to why we will not use Spocket.
We had to register to see your specifics. Once we were entrapped, yet believing we had a 14-day trial, we tried cancelling as per multiple previous emails. We even have previous emails where we were told multiple times by representatives how to go to the Spocket website and under setting to click on cancel, but how ironic that the system would Not allow us to cancel our account!!!! Once we was in the system, we realized the poor quality and LACK of unique items to my business. And what they had for their wholesale prices, were extremely high. No one is going to buy one light bulb for $10.00 - $15.00 at their price, when they can go to *** or *** and get it for $3.00 - $4.00 , for the identical item. That's price gouging!
We never added any of your product to justify reply received... "I'm truly sorry if the decision did not go in your favor as we do not charge our customers based on their sales, but rather, with the services we provide."
We Never made any sales, there were no product to try to sell! Your products and services are are at best poor and after multiple conversations with your representatives, we couldn't even find one product worthy of adding to our company's websites.
We would never be able to sell it as a product and make a profit! And as noted, especially customer service was and obviously continues to be extremely poor service.
Also misleading, we believed that Spocket was literally USA, and USA made, now find out Spocket is in Canada. "Spocket helps dropshippers around the world discover and dropship US/EU based products".
