Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I never argued that I did NOT sign a contract and NOT aware of the day cancellation policyI am fully aware of their cancellation policy BUT if the business itself is NOT conducting proper business ethics I believe the business defaults on the agreement therefore the contract should automatically terminate- I made a good faith deposit on a quote for girls with the ability to lower the head count to girls (pls see attached email) if/when the balance would then be pro-rated- There was never a mention of a "travel fee" nor any special promotion rate I was receiving therefore being obligated to pay the balance days earlierIt states in the attached email that there will be a one week confirmation call to follow up with final guest count Regards, S [redacted] ***

The customer signed a contract and was aware they needed to provide a day notice to cancel their event for ANY reason and get a refund of their deposit

I am rejecting this response because:If you are offering me a promotional deal - WHY wasn't it offered to me BEFORE invoicing me? Isn't it MY OPTION to take the promotional offer? This is what I don't understand. According to your contract I have one week before event for final head count AND taking care of my balance. TO ME that makes sense since we will know how many heads therefore we will KNOW how much the balance will be.AND AGAIN you don't address the $100 travel fee you quoted to me on the phone if my head count dropped to 4 - WHY was this NEVER brought up before and written in any document? As a TRAVELING business I would think that this would be a KEY ISSUE wouldn't you think? I'll see you in small claims court.

We will not be honoring any refund as our contract does not require we do so. We also do not appreciate the false accusations about the companies ethics as well as the personal character slander received during the phone call. Unfortunately her attitide toward the "promo offer", her overall confusion and temper during the conversation caused her to cancel her event before she realized she was not entitled to a refund. In Reassured her that if she cancelled she would not be refunded and she said that's fine because  she will just "file various complaints and lawsuits." This is causing a defamation of character towards the business as the accusations are false. She will need to contact her credit card company and have them escalate this claim.

It states in the attached email that there will be a one week confirmation call to follow up with final guest count.
