Spokane Clock

Review: My nonworking antique grandfather clock was taken by Spokane Clock owner, to his place of business in December, 2013 and returned to me in March, 2014 at which time it worked. The repair service was paid in full at the time of the clock being delivered and put back together by the business owner. The grandfather clock ran until Sept. 2014. I called the owner of Spokane Clock on Oct. 16 at which time told owner of Spokane Clock that the clock had stopped running and owner replied it should have ran another forty years or so and that it would be repaired. Heard nothing from owner of Spokane Clock. Called the owner on Feb. 21, 2015 and owner said he was glad I called. Owner said he would order the part needed, a module, and it would take a week or two for it to arrive and he would then be down to do the repairs. Owner said the repair would be warranty work and he would "take care of this one". Heard nothing further from owner. I called owner on March 13, 2015 and owner said he was waiting for a reason to come that way (west of Spokane to my location). Reminded him it was only about an hour away from his location. Asked owner if the module had been ordered and owner did not reply and hurried to get off phone. Owner called on April 7, 2015 and said he would get the "rotor" ordered and be down the following week to do the repairs. (Prior it had been a module, which needed replacement.) Again owner said it would "be on his dime" and he would see me next week and fix the clock. Heard nothing more from owner of Spokane Clock.

Called owner cellphone and business on June 18, 2015 and left message to return call. Heard nothing further from the owner. On June 30, 2015 went to Spokane Clock business location and was told owner was on vacation till the following day. Left name, phone number and msg. for owner to call me with staff member. Staff member wrote down information, but did not want to speak to me regarding my clock. Staff member stated he knew nothing about my clock. Heard nothing further from owner. Called owner cellphone and business on July 17, 2015 leaving msg. for owner to return my call. Heard nothing further from the owner. Called owner cellphone and business on August 11, 2015, asking the owner to return my phone call ASAP. Have heard nothing. No return calls have been made to me from Spokane Clock business or owner. It has now been 10 months that I have been waiting for the repairs to my grandfather clock, which the owner of Spokane Clock said would be completed and the repairs would be warranty work.Desired Settlement: I want my antique grandfather clock repaired as the owner of Spokane Clock stated he would do and that all repair be completed as warranty work, which the owner also said would be done. I desire this work be completed within thirty days from the date of this complaint and all repairs to be completed satisfactory and warranted.
