Review: I brought my Daughters laptop in for the charging port to be fixed over 2 months ago. Not only did they not contact me ever, I have had to call them every time but they further damaged the laptop. The employee [redacted] told me that he fixed the charging port but now the computer will not turn on. He stated he is still working on it. Now he states that the motherboard on the computer is fried and the computer is done for. I brought in a computer that was still working. I know this because my other daughter has the same laptop and the girls would charge up the battery and then use it in the laptop. I have asked [redacted] twice now to have the owner of the establishment to call me and he has not done so. I would never take anything here again. I have expressed to [redacted] they need to find me a replacement laptop for the same amount of money they were going to charge me to fix this one. I am a manager at a retail store and this is the worst customer service or follow through I have ever experienced. I do not know how they stay in business treating people this way.Desired Settlement: I would like the laptop fixed or I would like them to replace it for the amount of the repair. I gave them a working laptop and now all of a sudden the mother board is fried.
