We hired Spokane Custom Remodeling to finish our full basement. The price was about middle range for the various quotes we received. We felt that the work was not matching the quality of the rest of the home. We also felt like corners were cut to “nickel and dime” us. For
example, the caulking in the bathroom was poorly done and was not sanded caulk to match the grout look or color. Also, the shower wall corners were about half grout and half cheap caulking. We’ve noticed that the paint was also low quality as a bump here or there results in he need to touch up constantly. This is not something we’ve had to worry about with the rest of our home as the paint is a much higher quality. They also went really cheap with the wire shelving and left several holes in the closets. Poor quality work. Would not recommend. Spend the extra money to have it at least match the rest of the home.
