I have had a few bad Spokane Cab drivers. One driver did not wait for me to buckle in my two year daughter he just starting driving with me in the van door way. I had to run along side the cab while holding her place so she didn't fell out and hit the pavement while the cab was driving. Todays trip I got an over weight gray haired man who was yelling at my 2 year old right from the start causeing her to cry, then the more he would yell, the more she would cry until I got home then I cried. I always tip plus I try to kind to who ever is driving, but now Im going to take a different company:-(
Review: Some time last month (April 2014=?? am / pm ) I called my doctor's office for an appointment re: my mental health, case manager, doc for =depression; bi-polar, etc the appt was for May 7 '14 @ 2:45 pm. I shortly called the dispatch (April 2014) to have them pick me up round 2 pm on May 7 '14=so I could make it to my appointment. The boss claim there was no call from April re pick-up @ [redacted] for 5-7-14 @ 2 pm to get taken to Chas @ N. Market St. They were the ones bein rude and I missed my appt. So then I had to reschedule w/Chas. Today I tried to get a fresh start and they said NO, try other cabs. I said there is no other cab companies out there, they hung up on me. They claim that I was rude=I was in a high pitch voice to try get my words across. The boss did say I'll try and get u up to the appt. Nothing happened. The other place was refusing to see/help me out.Desired Settlement: I just would like for them to give me another chance/do-over. Plus help me when I have an appt. that I have set up. I will py the price to the appt/and the drop off back @ home. I'm having such a hard time w/out transportation that would take me to my appts and back home again.

Regarding the complaint from [redacted]. [redacted] believed it was our company who had setup the ride, but it was not. During the conversation with the dispatcher, [redacted] became rude and uncooperative when we then did try to set up a ride for him. The dispatcher then disconnected the call after 10 minutes due to [redacted]'s conduct.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business is pure wrong. I had called the dispatch after I made contact w/Chas to get an appoitment w/my doctor. I told dispatch xxx days prior for the appt. w/chas =to see my doc, plus I was set up by dispatch to be picked up @ 2 pm
from [redacted] on 5-7-14 to go to N. Market St. Chas for my appt. They erased my call/appt days prior. I was cool,calm, collected but I was making my voice go higher. I wasn't rude or uncooperative w/the business. You may contact [redacted](mom) @ [redacted]; she heard everything ,that I was doing=she heard from her bedroom. The business was rude and beyond.
