The original fence was at ground level which is what I thought we had agreed to. After several meetings Spokane Fence stated that they did NOT want to lower the fence because "it would damage the structural integrity of the fence". I agreed to let them do the regrade of the landscape, at their suggestion, instead of lowering the fence. On review of their work, of which 1/2 was just throwing dirt under the high area, I came to the conclusion that they were unable to do a quality job and so paid them and took on lowering the fence myself. This is when I discovered sheet-rock screws used to fasten the brackets with 10%-20% broken.

I'm very pleased with the new cedar fence that Spokane Fence installed. The entire experience went great. I initially asked for estimates of 4 fence types broken down by each section since the neighbors were willing to share costs. He didn't hesitate to do the extra figuring. The crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spokane Fence based on my positive experience with them.

The Spokane Fence Co. came in at under bid & agreed to a positive timeline for our fence. However, we didn't know they'd charge extra to pull out the old (30+) fence.

We pulled the old one out and were ready for them when we'd discussed.

The crew came on time and were pleasant enough. They got behind on the last day and completed the job on a Saturday that we'd planned a mini vacation.

The fence on our east side of our back yard was leveled to a small patio slab, instead of the grass line of our yard! They never called to discuss any changes and only called my husband's cell phone to inform us our neighbor was angry at the result of the fence on her (east) side.

Needless to say, we were also angry and my husband made arrangements to discuss this with the company rep.

He agreed to repairing our neighbor's yard bordering our fence by placing rocks around our new posts, but we were told if they leveled to our satisfaction it would compromise the integrity of the fence!!

My husband & our son have just completely leveled each panel of our east side of the fence & found the wrong types of screws used & many were broken. This was not any sort of integrity in our minds!

Spokane Fence Company did a terrific job on my fence; they completed the fence on time and their workmen were very careful not to damage any existing lawn or plants. I give them an A+ rating.
