We are refunding them there money on cabinets purchased The customers received there wood floors but not cabinets and we are going to give them there money back this next week

[redacted], the owner of Spokane Flooring Broker, was recommended to me by the [redacted] in Spokane. [redacted]'s gimmick is he brings all the flooring samples to your house. You can look at many many samples in one evening and receive a lot of information about the products. We elected to order our flooring and have it installed by [redacted]. Once we made the decision, [redacted] called 3 or 4 times a day asking for the deposit. He said he had to place the order with another order in order to save on freight cost. We gave him a large deposit upfront. We called to see if the flooring arrived as scheduled, [redacted] said the flooring was in and he would hold it in the warehouse until we ready to have it installed. We went on a one week vacation. When we returned we tried to get in touch with [redacted] to schedule the installation. It took days for[redacted] to get back to us and then he kept delaying the delivery. Finally he said he can't deliver it because the flooring was damaged in the warehouse he would have to re-order it. We waited for the new flooring to be ordered. After multiple phone calls to [redacted](you can never leave a message because his voice mail is always full) he said yes the order arrived but it was from different lots and he wanted all the same lot to ensure the flooring match correctly. He said he would order it again. Once again we waited. [redacted] said he ordered from [redacted] Flooring in Spokane. I called [redacted] to confirm the order was placed. [redacted] had no record of the order. [redacted]spoke to [redacted] while I was on the phone with [redacted] and they got it straighten out. The order was officially placed. [redacted]confirmed the arrival of the flooring. Then again I had to place several calls to have the material delivered to my house. Finally it was delivered. [redacted] had my money for four months. This project was originally to be completed in less than two months. And when the flooring was delivered it was from many lots, but this time [redacted] wasn't concerned about the lot numbers on the boxes.

This man is not honest and he cannot be trusted.
