The order for a custom made jacket was placed on November 20, and, as stated on the customer's order confirmation and on our web siteall custom made jackets require 4-weeks to make and shipDue to the holiday rush combined with *** delays the order was shipped on December 26thand
delivered on December 28thWe called the customer and left a message and then the customer called backWe apologized to him and he said thank you and that is all he really wanted

I did receive the jacket, I called back twice we now have another problemThe jacket was made incorrectIf you view the jacket I requested red boxing gloves on the front and backThey sent White boxing glove patches on the back and front of the jacketI put extra large and gave the kids measurments and they jacket is about sizes too smallSo I ended up waiting for a jacket that was late and made incorrectly and to smallCalled twice and no one returned my phone callI will not accept this jacket and will not pay for itThey can either make me a new jacket or send me a call tag and to have this jacket returnedI do not want this jacketI want what I paid forThank you

The reason being they are only saying this after I complained To Revdex.com and it is getting to me in 13/and they said it would have to be ordered by the 8thThey also never offered
me the in stock jacket option, that is a “response” they created after I complainedThe real real response they gave me was to accept the damaged jacket and in weeks he’d get another oneThey got upset when I pointed Out they were lying and other shops told me thatVery disappointed that I tried to work with this company and they refused to work with me until I complainedAnd frustrated that they are creating responses they never sent
