I have also reviewed the canceled check you received from Walker Construction dated March 21, 2016, and the accompanying letterI have thoroughly reviewed all of the documentationSpokane Housing Authority and Walker Construction take your complaints serious, and have tried to cooperate with you regarding the issues you have complained aboutHowever, it appears that the landlord tenant relationship is beyond repairTherefore, Spokane Housing Authority agrees to mutually terminate your lease agreement on or before June 30, 2016, with rental payments expected only through the last date you are in possession of the unitAdditionally, SHA agrees to fully refund your damage deposit if you relocate on or before June 30, A member of the SHA executive team will be on site to do your walk-through with you when you leave as long as a week's notice is providedSHA also agrees not to enter into your unit between now and the date of your departure except upon request with you or in compliance with RCW or It is unfortunate that your tenancy is being terminated, but we respect your opinions surrounding the remodel of the complex and make this offer in an attempt to amicably resolve these perceived issues

I was unable to download the file on here, but assuming that it is the same as the letter we received via email and regular mail, then it promises to fulfill of our requestsWe plan on accepting at this point but will wait until we are officially moved out on May 31st and everything is followed through onUnfortunately we only have days to accept or reject this response and so officially we reject until the move out has gone without further hassleWe will accept after that is done.Sincerely,*** ***
