Revdex.com,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
Regards,
[redacted] In reading the company response, I am blown away to hear they are threatening a restraining order against me for so called harassment which hasn't even occurred.  Nobody has been harassed here on any level. All I have done is call the company where [redacted] was found and who he is contracted through, Spokane Mobile Mechanics. I called the day of the issue addressed in my complaint on 6/29/15 after he fixed our car and it stopped working an hour later.  They had [redacted] call me back that day which I explained in my original complaint. [redacted] told us to pull over and take the cap off the power steering pump in attempt to let some air out and check the fluid level to make sure it was topped off. He said if it didn’t work to call him back. (I do not have [redacted]’s personal phone number and haven't since the first and last time we spoke  on 6/29 because we didn't save his number in our phone and  call history has since been deleted) So I called the company, Spokane mobile mechanics in attempt to reach [redacted] when our car still wasn’t working a week later and after realizing that our brand new pump [redacted] installed has a leak. I left a voicemail on 7/6/15 and never received a call back from them or [redacted] and so I called one last time the next day 7/7/15 and left another voicemail explaining that I was trying to reach [redacted] because our car still wasn’t working and I would appreciate a phone call so I could talk with him and find out what I needed to do to fix it and discuss a possible refund if our car needed to be taken to a shop to be fixed correctly. Instead of receiving a phone call, I got a text message on 7/7/15 from the shop number apologizing for missing my calls and stating they would have [redacted] contact me immediately. We ,the company and I, exchanged several text about the current issues I was having and then I waited for [redacted] to call. After hours of waiting and never getting a phone call on 7/7/15 I texted the company number one more time letting them know that I was no longer going to hold my breath for a phone call from [redacted] since I’d already waited two days and I also informed them I was going to take my issue to another level to try and get it resolved.  I wanted to give them and [redacted] the opportunity to make it right before writing a bad review or filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. The company didn’t respond to my last message but I felt I had given plenty of time and opportunity for them to reach out or have [redacted] reach out to make this right.  So, he next day  I went on the Spokane Mobile Mechanics Facebook page and left a review explaining my experience with them and [redacted].  My review is actually the almost the exact same thing as what I said in my complaint to the Revdex.com. The company replied to my review on Facebook saying “[redacted], as per our paperwork and discussion with the technician who had provided the service it was pointed out that you have a leak that was not apportioned to your pump issue. It was advised this was an issue that would cause pump leakage and failure if not dealt with when you arrive at your destination. It had been explained on site and it was explained again when you had contacted us. We will be forwarding this review for consideration of removal” Now, keep in mind when [redacted] worked on our car we were stranded on the side of the road and [redacted] came to us. We were never given a receipt for payment, any paperwork, or explanation of charges.  We also weren't offered any of the above either. So, because of these circumstance we assumed paperwork and explanation of service would be mailed to the billing address provided since we had to make the credit card payment over the phone to the Spokane mobile mechanics dispatcher.  Anyways, like I said previously the company and I had been texting back and forth on 7/7/15 about my issues with the car and why I wanted so badly for [redacted] to call me. In one of the message’s I explained to them that my main issue was that the brand new pump [redacted] installed was leaking and I’d gone through 5 bottles of power steering fluid (including the first one [redacted] had put in at the time of replacement) in a weeks’ time.  I’m not a mechanic by any means but I’m pretty sure a brand new pump should not be leaking. The company responded to my text  about the leak with “I don’t show any notes about leaks whatsoever. I’ll add it to though right now” (All of these text were exchanged the day before I posted the negative review and as stated by the company themselves, they had no notes of any leaks until I informed them about it.) So, going back to the company's response to my Facebook review I’m sure you can imagine my frustration after reading their what the said. The company claimed they informed us our car had a leak unrelated to the new power steering pump that would cause the new pump to leak and fail if not fixed when we got home. This company literally lied in their response to my review. They took the information given to them by me through text the day before, turned it around to make it seem as though they were the ones who informed us of a leak.  Luckily I have our text conversation to prove that they had no notes of any leaks prior to me informing them. So, I posted a screen shot of the text message the company sent to my phone to prove they were lying and then I noticed later they ended up removing their comment to my review. The only other thing I’ve done is write a second review on Yelp! I feel it’s only fair for people to be warned about the type of customer service this company provides and how they operate. I have not called the company more than the 3 times I stated above and I don’t know what they’re referring to in their response about having an employee’s personal email.  Also, just like they lied in their response to my review on Facebook and they’ve lied again in their response to my complaint  on here to the Revdex.com. They stated I have [redacted]’s personal contact info but refuse to contact him, instead I keep harassing their minimum wage dispatcher.  Second, they claim that I’ve been hostile and threatening to their staff. All of their these false accusations. All I wanted was to get a phone call from their contracted mechanic, [redacted] so I could ask for solution to the problem he caused and if nothing else, be issued a refund since I have to pay to get the car fixed correctly. The only reasons I called Spokane mobile mechanics is because [redacted] is contracted through them and when we made the payment we had to call them in order to do so. According to their statements, they have files and paperwork about this case that I don’t’ have and never received but yet when confronted about fixing an issue, they take no responsibility for their mechanics faulty work?   Common sense would tell anyone to reach out to the company where the mechanic was found when something’s gone wrong and that’s what I did.  Again, I don’t have a number or anything for [redacted] to contact him directly and I was never offered or given any of his info like they company is claiming.  I’m attaching all of the photos I have of our conversation to prove I’m not the one lying or threatening anyone.  I honestly don’t know how much of a threat a woman who’s 8 months pregnant can be.  All I wanted was  for this company to do the right thing and so far they have only given me excuse after excuse instead of any real solution.  When they’ve been faced with facts they continue to twist words and lie to further protect themselves instead of taking responsibility or making sure their mechanic fixes or refunds the issue he created.  I gave plenty of time for them to help me before taking  my complaints and opinions public and now because I'm sticking up for myself and whats right I’m being made out to be a bully when I have done nothing wrong or anything  beyond what any upset or dissatisfied customer would do. I literally  made 3 phone calls to them over a 1 week period and only because I wasn't getting any response. I wrote 2 negative but truthful reviews in hopes to prevent anyone else from going through this and last, filed a complaint with the Revdex.com because I feel I have no other options at this time as I tried to give the company the chance to do the right thing and in return have been treated awful.  $400.00 isn’t a small price to pay but especially when what was said to be brand new and fixed is actually broken.  These are my reasons for not accepting the response from Spokane mobile mechanics.  All of my statements above are true and each part is an important part of this puzzle proving and supporting my  point and argument about how I'm the one whose being treated unfair. Spokane mobile mechanics might be an answering service but they're the ones who gave us [redacted] for a mechanic and my on;y way to contact [redacted] now so I honestly don't see how they aren't tied to this like they claim. In the attachments you can see my conversation with someone at the company (dispatcher) and that I in no way harassed or threatened him like they claim. Thank you for your time,[redacted]

The Revdex.com needs to be more thorough when sensing these types of co.plaints out. The customer has been adcised we are a phone answering service and do not diagnose or facilitate repairs. The customer in question has acknowledged that she has the technicians information but has chosen to harass a...

minimum wage dispatch worker on a personal level. We are going to have to issue a restraining order against this customer in the very near future. We do not see a dime of any customers payments, how a employees personal email has been attached to a individuals private llc that we do not own and operate is scary.we answer phones and respond to emails for customers under tbeir guidelines. After reading the complaint however from this woman and speaking with the repair technician multiple times, there is nothing that we can do as a answering service. Again, she has made hosrile remarks towards employees and has refuaed to make contact with the repair technician himself. We will be seeking a restraining order for the privacy and protection of our staff.

The Revdex.com needs to be more critical aboit complaints this is proposterous. This customer had us come out to replace a belt that had fallen off because their power steering pump pulley came off. We gladly replaced it on the side of the road in 100 degree weather and charged a rate that THE CUSTOMER AGREED TO BEFORE ANY WORK JAD BEGUN. Their 20 year old vehicle had not been regularly serviced and their power steering hose was cracked that reattaches to the pump from brittle old age. We adcised the clients boyfriend 3 times. Three seperate times and even showed him where it was and explained what was needed to be done. The claimant amanda sat in the car because it was too hot. So once they took off they obvioisly never fixed the issue which caused their power steering pump to leak. Which was explained 3 seperate times was going to happen ifbthey didnt replace the hose. They paod for a belt attatchment and we did nust thatm this customer is obviously looking for a hand out for their vehicle repair. All repairs are quoted up front and we have two witnesses that are on record that they explained the brittle cracked hose was going to cause them fluid leakage. This customer has gone on to write false reviews and dedame our company and we are considering legal action to have them removed.
