Upon receipt of the letter I received from the Revdex.com, on October 22nd, 2015, I immediately talked with the employee who handles our Spokane Optical Company refundsShe had a refund check for [redacted] ready to go in the mailI called [redacted] to let him know the refund check was ready and going out in the mail that day I apologized for the untimely response on the part of my staff in helping him resolve his question about his refundI spoke with my Optical Company Manger who confirmed, we could have processed a refund for [redacted] on August 28th when he came into pick up his glassesThe Optical Manager has re-educated his staff on this process and the business services staff are now aware of this process too I am very sorry for the delay in service, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at (509)459-
