I had a new garage door put in as preventive maintenanceI payed in full upon the completion of the job and am very satisfied with the company that did it! As a matter of fact, I payed the gentleman more than he asked for because of the great job he did! He was very customer focused, he went above and beyond the call of duty, and was a very pleasant person to work with [redacted] could learn a lot from him! I in no way am afraid to pay for a service being done and done rightUnfortunately this company cannot do eitherI will not pay an incompetent employee to do a half a@@ jobThis complaint comes down to principal, not moneyI wonder how many other people they have done this to Regards, [redacted]
