Our goal is to install a quality product while making our customers happy - the [redacted] s are no exceptionOur experienced technician went to the [redacted] residence promptly after receiving notice of a leakThey were not home, but he was able to inspect the roof and chimney flashingHis findings reported gaps in the rock chimney were the likely cause of the leakIt should be noted; rock chimneys are extremely difficult to flash due to the odd shape and lack of flat surfaceTo temporarily prevent leaking, we scheduled a technician to tarp the chimneyHowever, the [redacted] s wrote an email the next morning cancelling the appointment (attached)As goes for all of our customers, we would like to resolve any issues that arise and hope the [redacted] s allow us to address any issues regarding the roof system we installed to ensure customer satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because:Spokane Roofing has been completely unresponsive, rude, and uncooperative in the extreme. They are ducking responsibility and their written contract commitments.We have subsequently hired a reputable chimney mason to inspect our chimney and flashing. He reported our chimney looks good and is in very good repair. The leaks were due to negligence on the part of Spokane Roofing. Another independent roofing contractor was also hired to inspect our chimney and came to the exact same conclusion

I am rejecting this response because:We have AGAIN made several attempts to get Spokane Roofing to respond to our severely leaking roof .  They have made zero efforts to make us whole or to repair our leaking roof or to compensate us for the additional damage we have AGAIN suffered due to their uncaring incompetence.  We have been forced to tarp our roof during the latest rain storm to stem the flow of dirty disgusting water that has AGAIN ruined our interior paint, carpets, furniture etc.Repairs have been made with the help a reputable roofing company and we will be repainting and replacing damaged possessions as our budget permits.  Without any consideration for the extreme stress, frustration, inconvenience, and loss of use, this latest episode of bad performance by Spokane Roofing will cost us in excess of $5000.

Spokane Roofing Company just finished a complete re-roofing of our business. Our roof was difficult as it is relatively flat with lots of extra vintage signage sitting on the roof as well as an air conditioner and other things. We also have massive 2 feet thick granite walls that extend several feet above our roofline. I was exceedingly impressed with this company from the time their commercial sales representative showed up to give us a bid to the time they finished the project. Their bid came in way under their competitors in price and my research into their company was positive. They were fast and responsive. I had a quote within 2 hours of calling them. Whenever I called their office, a receptionist answered (they actually have office staff!) and the commercial sales rep always answered his direct line. Their workers on the job site were polite and professional. And boy did they work! We never saw them loitering around and sloughing off. They were always working hard. They totally cleaned up every day and the finished project looks absolutely beautiful. I am so impressed with this company! It is good to know there are actually people out there that know how to work hard and take pride in their work. Kudos to Spokane Roofing!
