I had them out for a sink clog and a basement floor drain clog. They didn't charge me any fees that I didn't know of, this was great. I paid exactly what the online pricing says. I booked online and he was literally on time. The owner was the technician and explained to me that he does not hire and will always be the one to come out and do the work. He cleared the clogs fast and explained how I could use hot water to avoide the problem happening again. I paid $129 plus tax for both clogs to be cleared. This would be considered average low pricing and worth it when you get the owner. I paid with a debit card using square and got a receipt no problem. Was a very smooth and easy process. Overall Spokane rooter is professional, ontime and courteous and a joy to hire. The whole process took 30 min to complete.
