Afternoon,
The one time fee does insure our service and commitment to our client, yet if the third party does not approve or want to sponsor their vehicle this is out of our hands/power.

Our clients are clearly aware of all this prior to...

payment, and mailed everything in writing via a welcome email, and formal letter mailed USPS!

Although we wanna insure these clients satisfaction, the services paid were provided as described.  The client Approved and accepted our services... And Was Documented via their email.

Please let us know when you receive this email.

The fact that a piece of paper was submitted on my behalf for vehicle sponsorship is null & void.Possession is 9-10ths of the law. I posses the appropriate documentation proving that: A. Money was sentB. Communication & "services" were horrible.C. A written letter was submitted and accepted by said party prior to and in line with the stipulations for receiving a full refund.I want my refund.

Review: They promise the idea that they will find you sponsors for your car nut in the end you just pay a fee and they disappear anf you never hear from them again.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back I paid them 199.99 and I want it back

Review: I entered into a contract with Sponsored Whips given the impression they would be able to get my vehicle sponsored by one or more automotive accessories manufacturers in an effort to transform my vehicle into a show worthy vehicle. I was informed that because I was a female and thats what companies look for that it would not be hard for that to happen. They requested a "membership fee" of $189 be paid immediately in which I paid but which was fully refundable if I was not satisified. At around the 30 day mark I was unsatisfied with how they were handling things and requested my refund of my money as I was told I could do. This was 6 months ago. As of today I still have not received my refund as well as they rarely return my calls / texts.Desired Settlement: Refund of monies paid to them.

Review: I was recently scammed by sponsoredwhips.com and am just trying to get my $199 US backDesired Settlement: My desired outcome is to get my money back and have this person thrown in jail

Review: I filled a sponsored whips application the 19 of july of 2013. They called me the 22nd, that they would like to sponsor my car through sponsored whips. And that they would provide me with the free car parts as long as I carry they're name on my car wherever I go. I agreed, they ask me to go to the nearest postal office so I could fill something. At that time I was not notified I had to pay $199.00 for registration. I get to the postal office the so called mitch tells me by cell phone that he did tell me about the money I had to pay, and that he told me before. Something he did not do, he told me a that moment that if I din't pay the money since I "agreed" to pay the money, I could be prosecuted for fraud. When he told me that I agreed of complete fear that I would be prosecuted for fraud. I paid the money in two different payments. One the 22nd for $100.00 and another the 26 for $98.00. The next day I went to google and searched them up, and I see the bad reputation they have. And plus at the moment I was dealing with some financial problems and I needed the money back. I call them later on the week, that I wanted my money back because of some problems I encountered. At first they agreed but then asked me if I just wanted my money back, that why dint I try it. At that precise moment I knew there was something wrong. That was a friday the 26th of july, after that day they almost never answered my texts regarding the money back, never emailed me back, and last but no least the 31st of july I text them to see if they have any info on my money back, [redacted] text's me "I am OFF til monday... Sorry". They say they have done nothing wrong and if I wanted, to have a lawyer official call him. That was the moment I knew they did not want to commit to they're money back guarantee. I need help, I need my money backDesired Settlement: I just want my $198.00 back, just a simple money refund.

Review: This guy claims a 30 day refund and refuses to give me a refund despite the fact I requested one. I have not received any products or services from this company and there are reports all over the internet that he constantly takes peoples money and does nothing in return for them. My money order was given to this guy fraudulently and I have requested my money back. He calls me a lair that im the one that sent it to him. I had told him to reverse anything that has been done since it was within the 30 days and he cut contact off from me.Desired Settlement: Since the check was not intended for him to begin with and its withing my 30 days and he has cut contact off from me I want my money back!!!!!!

Review: I saw the website that Google had recommended for a car sponsor... So I pursued the opportunity. The website asked to describe what it was I wanted to do with my car and if it was sufficient enough they would give me a call.. So I filed it out. Within 48 hours they gave me a call and wanted to get to know me. Then the guy "Mitch" was my "agent". So we discussed what it was that he would do for me. It sounded promising and he also promised me a few things. So he said in order to verify my age I had to send $200 and he promised that I would have car parts and a sponsor within 3 weeks. He also added that if I was not satisfied within 90 day that I would get a full refund and be able to keep whatever was shipped and the sponsor that he got me. He also sent me websites to start looking for parts and he also typed me out the application he was supposedly going to send to different companies. After the 3rd week he completely dropped off the earth and I have yet to see anything in return it has been almost 90 days and trust me I am not satisfied.. I truly want a full refundDesired Settlement: Proper actions get taken so that I can get my $200 back. Because it is a lot of money

Review: I was told if I was not comfortable with the situation of the company I was able to get a refund of the 200 dollars I had sent them now when I call to talk he is very ignorant and he hangs up the phone im just looking for my refundDesired Settlement: I just want the 200 back I sent to them im not satisfied with there service

Review: Several months ago, I saw an ad on Facebook about car sponsorship. I filled out my infomration on their website and gentleman by the name of [redacted] contacted me about the services that they provide. The angle/pitch: You send in $200.00, no checks, but money order and they will provide the service of finding sponsors for your vehicle such as rims, interior work, etc. In return, when they find the sponsors you are to advertise and make money for advertising the items aquired for your vehicle. [redacted], stated for me to write on the money order "30 Days Money back guranteed. I still have that voucher receipt to the money order. I started to conduct reviews and realized that this may have been a scam, and notified [redacted] of my hunch and what I saw on their review. He got in a heated words of exchanges, and he stated he would send my back if I gave him 30 days to fulfill his obligations. When he finally got the money order in the mail, he sent me a contract, in which I didn't sign because I had questions in reference to some errors I found on the contract, and sent it back through email. I have been trying to call, text, and email to resolve this issue but the gentleman will not respond. The $200, I sent could have gone towards other things rather than this organization ripping common consumers of their very least of pennies.Desired Settlement: I want my refund and other fees for the distress that this business has caused my family and I. And for their name to be known as scam artists. [redacted] informed me that if any called them scam artists, he threaten to sue whomever states that. Well, I call a spade a spade when I hear and see it. Civil suit is now in question. His number is: ([redacted] under the name "[redacted] under the name "[redacted]" a Wilmington, DE number.
