Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Latrobe Chevrolet has in no way made any sort of effort to make this right Beyond the hundreds of dollars they have already admitted to, I have over $1,in other repairs that were needed Also, if they did such a good inspection of the car how did they not notice the brakes and rotors were rotted? Why is the car rusting after we had it only three months? They have never called me with an option to trade or buy back this Lemon Every time we came to complain we had to bring up the fact we wanted out of itAlso, they weren't going to give us a full trade for what we paid, thats why they never called usIf the car is such a solid car they can buy it back from us tomorrow for what we paid.I feel like they took advantage of us that dayOn top of the rust, a rear end wheel bearing or something else is going EVERY MONTH WE HAVE HAD THE CAR SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG WITH IT.I feel bad for others that may have had a similar experience and didn't speak up, but I assure the Revdex.com, this won't be the last complaint about this dealership

January 3, 2017Latrobe Auto GroupMission RdLatrobe, Pa 15650To Whom It May Concern,In reference to the complaint filed with Revdex.com submitted December 29, ID ***, we are providing your office with our written reply as requested. The customer purchased Ford
Expedition in May from our dealershipPrior to the vehicle being sold we performed routine maintenance and repairs in our service department totaling $1098.When the customer purchased the vehicle they also purchased a Year 50,mile warrantyDue to the financial situations, outside of the dealerships control, the warranty was not able to be financed with the vehicle, therefore the customer agreed and opted to make monthly payments to the warranty company directlyDocumentation of this agreement between the warranty company and the customer is on record and available at the customer’s request. In July of 2016, the vehicle was in our service department for navigational problems and an issue with the air conditioning fanThe work was completed per the customer’s request and the customer did pay a deductible The warranty company notified us at that time that no premiums had been paid to dateThe warranty company, and our finance Manager had been in contact with Mr*** and we were willing to work with the ***’s to help get the warranty into good standing Again no payments have been made to the warranty company.Unfortunately, if premiums are not made, the warranty will be canceled and void.As part of our sales and follow up process, when an agreement is reached on a vehicle we have the customer sign a form called the “We Owe”This form details any promises and or commitments from both the dealership and customer perspectivesA copy of this form is also available upon the customer’s request stating that there was “nothing owed” and signed by Mr***. At this time, we have been in contact with Mrs*** and the warranty company, however without payment as promised for the warranty, we are not able to assist in this matter any further. Please feel free to contact us directly with any further questions or concerns.Thank you,Latrobe Auto Group***

Latrobe Auto GroupMission RoadLatrobe, PA To Whom It May Concern, In reference to the complaint filed with Revdex.com submitted November 17, ID ***, we are providing your office with our written reply as requestedOn Monday, November 16, the customer visited
our dealership to look at a new vehicleShe was greeted by and worked with one of our salespeopleThe story the customer tells varies greatly from that of the salesperson and other staff members who sat close byAll paperwork pertaining to obtaining payoff information and pulling credit scores was explained to and signed by the customer at that timeWe do have copies of this paperwork and can provide said copies to your office or the customers listed attorney on file as requested within our legal limitationsThe customer visited our store again on the morning of November 17, and began yelling, swearing and causing a sceneMyself, our finance manager and the customer went into the finance office to discuss the issue privatelyI tried to apologize numerous times and get to the bottom of this situation, but the customer was to irate to listenUpon further discussion, she began to calm down and we offered to put her with another salesperson, continue working on a trade in value for her vehicle which wasn’t running and provide her with lease numbers on a Chevrolet Trax later that day to which she agreedAfter researching the previous referenced values for her trade in vehicle and our new vehicle, I called to provide the customer with those numbersShe felt that the payment I provided her with should be lower and that we should do better because of her earlier complaintWhen I explained to her that I had done everything within my capacity, she again became belligerent and used uncalled for profanity directed toward me personally and towards our dealershipAfter several minutes of being sworn at and degraded on the telephone with the customer it become apparent that there was nothing I or our dealership could do to make her happyI told the customer this and she then claimed this was only because she was a woman and would be having her fiancé contact meThat phone call ended with the customer hanging up on meApproximately five minutes later I received a phone call from her fiancéHe again expressed his displeasure with the incident involving her credit inquiry and our dealershipHe said they wanted her three points added back to her credit report, which we cannot do and for the salesperson to be firedI told him that we were looking into the situation further pertaining to the salesperson and that was not good enough for himHe stated the he and the customer would do everything they could to “trash” us from utilizing social media, word of mouth actions and filing complaintsThis phone call ended with him hanging up on meUnfortunately, at this time, we have been unable to come up with satisfactory conclusion for this customer., as we do not have access to or control of the credit bureau agenciesIt should also be noted that while Credit Karma, a third party credit service, reduced the customer’s credit score by three points, this is not the case for all agencies or institutionsIf there is anything you need further from our dealership, please feel free to contact either myself, Jason W*** (Sales Manager) or Ludwig D*** (Dealer Principal) at the phone number provided below Sincerely, Jason RS***Sales ManagerLatrobe Auto Group***

January 10, 2017Latrobe Auto GroupMission RdLatrobe, Pa 15650To Whom It May Concern:In reference to the complaint filed with Revdex.com (ID ***),the vehicle referenced was purchased from Latrobe Auto Group in May and did include a warrantyThe warranty included without cost to the customer was a one year or 12,mile powertrain warranty with a $deductible. The customer chose to purchase an extended warranty in addition to the powertrain warranty to both extend the timeframe and mileage, as well as expand upon the covered componentsThe customer agreed to make payments on this extended separate from the vehicle, but never made any of the payments as agreed upon and notated within the transactionDue to the nonpayment of this extended warranty by the customer, the warranty company cancelled the contract and notified the customer, meaning there is no extended warranty this vehicle.Mr*** was given a copy of both the included warranty and the extended warranty he opted to purchase at the time of sale transactionCopies of these warranties and agreements can provided upon the customer’s request. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot find a resolution into this matter with the customer and any further warranty disputes need to be handled directly with the warranty company.Thank you,Latrobe Auto Group
