Customer service heads-up: We're doing a home reno and ordered some wallpaper from Spoonflower.comIt arrived looking much different shade-wise from what was pictured online, and we discovered Spoonflower does NOT accept returnsPeriod, end of storyIt ended up being a very expensive mistake for usIt is a huge risk to order wallpaper online without being able to see it in person before committing to itI truly hope Spoonflower reconsiders their return policy, because I cannot think of many consumers who would accept such a risk without the ability to return the item if it does not match expectations


A huge order placed had a printing defect and when I tried several times to contact Spoonflower about this, I was ignored completely.I purchased 21 yards and 33 yards of a print design, totalling $1400 and when it arrived, it had a thin white line every 8.5" across the width of the fabric, running the length of the yardage. This was not represented in a swatch I received prior to the order. I contacted the person at Spoonflower that I'd originally been emailing when I first placed this large order, but received no response. After 3 days, I sent a new email concerning the order issues and my concern over the lack of response to the [email protected] address, and received no response. Desired SettlementI am really appalled with the lack of professionalism that Spoonflower has shown regarding this issue. To not reply back when the customer contacts the company over an order issue, is atrocious. I'd like a refund or a big discount on a future order. The way Spoonflower has handled this order issue is so unprofessional and is a big turn-off to my choosing to use them with future fabric orders.Business Response Hi [redacted],I am so sorry that you have had such a negative experience with Spoonflower!
