January 27, Dear Revdex.com, We are in recent receipt of a complaint made against our children's party business by Ms [redacted] ***Thank you for giving us an opportunity to present evidence we have that shows a different version of Ms, ***'s description of what actually happenedI have attached supporting documentation.On 12/31, Ms, [redacted] emailed Sport Bounce and asked us to hold a party time for her son on 1/24/We blocked this time on our calendar and emailed her our party reservation form letting her know our policy is to hold a tentative reservation for up to days (so we could free up the party time if the party parent decides they’re no longer interested)On, 1/2, we still had not heard back from her confirming or releasing her party time, so I followed up with her via email (attached)Later that day, she jet me know she still wanted the party time and that she would be faxing back the party contract that dayOn 1/7, she emailed providing a credit card to charge for the deposit of $She stopped by that day to sign the party contract (attached) and pick up invitations, Later that day, she admitted she booked her party at the wrong facility and wanted a full refund for the deposit paid of $calling it a “misunderstanding.” Please note this is going on days now that we've not only held this party time for her, but also turned away other families who were interested in that timeA more detailed explanation is in my email to her dated 1/As the party contract (that she signed) states, all deposits paid are non-refundableThe fact that Ms [redacted] made a mistake in calling the wrong party place should not let her out of a legally binding contract she signedI sent her emails explaining everything I stated in this letter, but she stopped responding| hope you will agree that Ms [redacted] does not have a valid complaintThank ???, Jennifer S [redacted] Sport Bounce, [redacted] Ashburn, VA

We are in recent receipt of a complaint made against our children's party business by Ms. [redacted]. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to present evidence we have that shows a different version of Ms, [redacted]'s description of what...

actually happened. I have attached supporting documentation.On 12/31, Ms, [redacted] emailed Sport Bounce and asked us to hold a party time for her son on 1/24/15. We blocked this time on our calendar and emailed her our party reservation form letting her know our policy is to hold a tentative reservation for up to 2 days (so we could free up the party time if the party parent decides they’re no longer interested).
On, 1/2, we still had not heard back from her confirming or releasing her party time, so I followed up with her via email (attached). Later that day, she jet me know she still wanted the party time and that she would be faxing back the party contract that day.
On 1/7, she emailed providing a credit card to charge for the deposit of $125. She stopped by that day to sign the party contract (attached) and pick up invitations, Later that day, she admitted she booked her party at the wrong facility and wanted a full refund for the deposit paid of $125 calling it a “misunderstanding.” Please note this is going on 8 days now that we've not only held this party time for her, but also turned away other families who were interested in that time. A more detailed explanation is in my email to her dated 1/8.
As the party contract (that she signed) states, all deposits paid are non-refundable. The fact that Ms. [redacted] made a mistake in calling the wrong party place should not let her out of a legally binding contract she signed. I sent her 3 emails explaining everything I stated in this letter, but she stopped responding.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is not true. I contract was signed before I made the deposit in my emails you will see I was told I needed to sign the contract and put credit card info even though I had not made a decision or paid the deposit yet. This shows in my emails.
