This is regarding Complaint # [redacted] - I have emailed complainant and offered to refund the $delivery charge via Paypal Some of our holding brokers do charge a delivery fee for emailing tickets, however, in good faith I'm more than happy to refund this charge to keep the customer happy

">I have contacted the customer , *** **, personally to apologize for his experience here in our store. Most of our coupons in the past required customers to be AP members and this was one of the first coupons that didn’t require that. My cashier made a mistake as to the membership sign up. I called Mr** to explain the situation and I wanted to welcome him back into our store. I told him that the next time he’s in our store that I would help him personally with anything that he needed I told him that I would still honor the coupon since it expired on Monday July 20th on any items that he wanted to buy. Also, I told Mr** that I would personally delete the Free Action Pass Rewards membership that he signed up for from our database.
