I had prepurchased 6 Haircuts and used 4 of them. It is a punch card. On July 14 2019 I went in for a haircut and they refused to take my prepaid card, instead charging me full price of $27. Subsequently, the manager has refused to help me stating that the computer doesn't show I have any prepaid haircuts left, although I have 2.
