Review: This afternoon my wife took my kids for a hair cut at the Sport Clips location in [redacted], once there my wife explained the staff that one my kids was coughing because he suffers allergies and asked them if it was ok to proceed with the hair cut, the staff agreed, so far so good, my youngest boy which by the way is autistic started to have a nose bleeding while sitting on the chair waiting for his hair to be cut, my wife asked the staff to stop with the process and to continue to cut my other boy's hair, for her surprise the staff reacted very rude and started to treat my wife and kids despectively, so my wife asked the staff to stop cutting my older boy's hair, they reacted more rude and even charged her for the unfinished hair cut.I am very disappointed at the service and the attitude of the staff towards my family and I think this is not the way to treat a customer and specially childrenDesired Settlement: I would like my money to be reimbursed and an apology from the staff that treated my family with so much disrespect
