To Whom it may concern,
I am sorry Mrs. [redacted] had a negative experience with our company. We take our A+ rating with the Revdex.com very seriously. Of course we have our version of the "story", but let me clarify that this is over a $20 part that was installed for free the day after Mrs. [redacted]'s...
3rd call. She called on 9-9 and again on 9-12. We spoke on 9-12 and I told her I would look for the piece she was looking for. We didn't have it in stock so I ordered it (which she also gave me the wrong measurments). The piece arrived to our warehouse and I forgot to call her. She called our corporate headquarters (not us) on 10-29. I reached out to her on the afternoon of 10-29 and tried to install on 10-30. The gate was locked after she said she would keep it unlocked, but it didn't matter because she told me the wrong piece as previously mentioned. We went back later on in the afternoon to see if the gate was unlocked, and it was still locked. I called her and arranged for an install on November 3rd. Guys installed it with no issue.
We did not build Mrs. [redacted] her court. My dad built it for the previous owner around 1994. Does she even have a right to file over something so small? It's like me buying a used car that is 20 years old and getting mad at the dealership about a windshield wiper.
Anyway, the issue has been resolved and I hope she is happy.

Review: Sport Court of AZ originally constructed the court and I am trying to find a replacement "apron" (their words). I have spoken with them one time out of approximately 5 attempts in which they told me they would see if they had one or could order one and would get back with me within a week. I never heard from them. This has been going on for several months and I am frustrated with their lack of response. I don't know who else to purchase this product from.Desired Settlement: I want them either to replace my old torn "apron" or tell me who else in the valley can service me. I do not know where else to go as they were the original builders. If I could go somewhere else, I would be happy to because the level of service provided by Sport Court of AZ is significantly lacking.
