Tell us why here... My name is *** Irwin and I am the Service Manager at Sport Hyundai DodgeI was out on medical leave while this service visit was taken place so I am just getting familiar with this situationThe only thing I am going to say about something that occurred 1/years
ago is that the repairs were covered by our used car department and not the customerAs for the most recent visits they came in on 2/10/with several complaints including and check engine light and it had a code for a purge control valve in which we replaced and repaired the brake lights,horn and cruise controlOn 2/15/the customer brought the vehicle with at the check engine light on and no other complaintsThe vehicle has 139,miles on it and is a model. The check end light at this time was for a completely different code and that was explained to the customer but they didn't want to hear it

Some of the complaints were accurate but other key points were omittedHe did have an appointment for an oil change but in addition he had recalls due that needed to be performedThe recalls would have
to be done by a skilled Dodge tech and they were all on jobs that weren't going as planned and were taking up more time than expectedHe also omitted how he was acting when he was leaving when he said multiple "f" words,said he was never coming back,tell others not to do business with Sport Dodge and sped off the parking lotHe also indicated that he was going to get in touch with the Revdex.comI don't have a problem with giving someone an oil change for free but I do have a problem with him cursing in front of other customers and threatening to discredit us publically.

Upon looking in to this customers visit he did not bring the proper form that is needed to complete redemption of the $25 [redacted] Card offer. During his visit he made it clear he was only here for the gift card and was upset that it was not given to him on the spot.  As early as that...

same night and multiple times after we attempted to contact the customer to get the information needed to redeem the gift card offer once we realized it was not in his file.  He told us he was not interested in a vehicle, was upset that he had not received his card on the spot and not to contact him again.  He still at no point provided the redemption form or number we needed to send him out his gift card.  The emails he provided in his complaint are not from our website or related to us, one appears to be from a company that sells vehicles in Canada.  At any point he could have responded to the correct email that had been sent to him and responded to us with the information we needed and we would have gladly redeemed the gift card for him.  We are sending him a check for $25 to make sure that he is satisfied. I am rejecting this response because:I NEVER EVER, ANY POINT, got angry until I had to bring my car in for THE 3RD time in less than a week to fix my horn (which is STILL not working by the way), and all of the sudden I have a new myriad of issues wrong with my car. I was completely understanding when I was told that the Catalytic Converter was the issue the second time around. The only thing I questioned in the service center was if the purge valve could have contributed to the catalytic converter code going off. saying that I "didn't want to hear it" is RUDE and NOT TRUE AT ALL! This is the reason why I DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! You can bet I WILL be calling corporate on this issue as well! THE WAY THIS DEALERSHIP TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, IS ATROCIOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE! PERIOD!

I am rejecting this response because:
When I scheduled the oil change I was only aware of 1 recall and the rep never said that they would need more time to focus on the recall at hand. Also when I scheduled the oil change for 0730 the rep didn't say that the skilled dodge mechanic wouldn't be in until 0800. I arrive and still no one informed me of 3 recalls that needed attention. Nor did anyone, in the 2 hours that I waited, came out to discuss the matter at hand. Other customers came and went and still no one informed me of the issue about my truck. I got heated and mad because that is NOT how business should be handled. The rep behind the counter didn't even show one bit of sincerity when I asked about my truck and why it was taking so long, He just said, Sorry." and went about his business, which further enraged me as a PAYING customer. Yes and I admit to using of foul language only after the ignorance I received from the personnel at your establishment. I did not speed out of the parking lot, my tires are wearing down and they didn't catch traction. Which would have been about $1500 of business for you, but not anymore. Today I received an "apology" from you and was asked what you could do to get my business back. ABOSLUTELY NOTHING. Thank you.
