Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I NEVER EVER, ANY POINT, got angry until I had to bring my car in for THE 3RD time in less than a week to fix my horn (which is STILL not working by the way), and all of the sudden I have a new myriad of issues wrong with my carI was completely understanding when I was told that the Catalytic Converter was the issue the second time aroundThe only thing I questioned in the service center was if the purge valve could have contributed to the catalytic converter code going offsaying that I "didn't want to hear it" is RUDE and NOT TRUE AT ALL! This is the reason why I DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! You can bet I WILL be calling corporate on this issue as well! THE WAY THIS DEALERSHIP TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, IS ATROCIOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE! PERIOD! Regards, [redacted] ***
