ordered from the manufacturerThe jersey are custom made and have a 6-weeks lead time (with freight time)At this time we anticipate that the jerseys will be in late next week(They are not shipped yet so that date may shift)Sportline has not received payment from MS *** as her transaction was with the leagueWe have delivered the original order that the league placed in full

This is not the first time Sportline has done this to us, or the leagueThe payment comes from the league and our dues were paid in fullI find that statement and the need to bring it up in error- I would be more than happy to pay them directlySportline has been doing this business for many years, and I find their lack of preparation or ability to meet demand not acceptable given their tenure in the businessI would have thought part of the reason for going with Sportline and not another vendor is their ability to meet customer needsin addition,, the nonchalant response to timing to fulfill the order is disappointing given the start of the season

Good AfternoonI am not sure how to respondWe ordered jerseys for this year based on sales of last years jerseysLast year we sold 25/YS, 49/YM, 52/YL, 25/YXL, 25/AM, 6/AL, and 3/AXL, This year we ordered This year we ordered 30/YS, 60/YM, 65/YL, 38/YXL, 30/AM, 10/AL, and 7/AXLWe have no way nor does the league who is going to sign up to play Football, so we have to guess on sizesWe ran short of YS and YM because of demand for those sizes that was greater than last yearAs soon as we got all of our numbers in from sizing we ordered more jerseys to fill the remaining ordersThe jerseys are custom made and take 6-weeks to make and ship to usProblems like this can happen from one year to the next one time we might be out of YL , the next year we might be out of YS like we were this yearI do not know how to solve the problemWe process orders by team and not by the date that a person comes in to be fitted, that may be a problem that we could work on for next year but it might also create problems like duplicate numbers or players moving from one team to anotherI understand The customer's frustration and I am willing to talk direct to her if she wishesShe can call me directly*** ***
