Please keep in mind that the benefits that have been quoted to us do not a guarantee payment and Sport and Spine Rehab will not be held liable for an incorrect benefit descriptions supplied by your insurance company or changes in your insurance coverage. Balances incurred are the patient responsibilities and payments will be collected at the time of each visit.With some insurance carriers they will make errors when processing a patients claims. Unfortunately this correction can take longer than what we or the patient anticipates. Insurances have up to 365 days to process a claim. Our goal, when a patient's insurance carrier processes the claims incorrectly is to keep the patient informed of what is occurring with their account balance and once their insurance company has rectified their mistake we will notify the patient and send out a final Statement.
