I certainly share the customers frustration I did everything in my power to provide him the best possible result I documented my efforts with photos I sent to him as well as giving him the old parts The solution the customer came up with was not one I agree with, and since I
wouldnt pay the bill from the dealership he chose to take it to, he reversed the credit card payment he had authorized, leaving me with an $loss, much of that in used parts I purchased for him out of my pocket He has indicated he wants to take this issue to small claims court, which I am fully prepared to do Integrity and Ethics are the only thing of value I posses, and I will continue to do everything possible to be a principled Christian in my business dealings

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. Although I did not want to file a claim through the finance institution in which I used to pay for the incorrect repair, I had no problem doing so when I attempted to compromise with the refund of this issue as he wasn't whilling to do anything for me stating he wasn't giving me a dollar. I was whilling to compromise and I still will as I understand being negative for the parts even though the wrong parts were purchased is a very bad financial situation for the shop owner himself. My final offer for the owner in order to compromise is to refund me total labor charged to me by the second shop whom found the issue being the improper assembly of Sportbikes repair. I will reverse the reversal of the payment. I have payed literally double for the same repair leaving me over 1600$ in debt for a service costing 800$ if done correctly the first time. Failure to comply with this compromise I will keep the reversal of the payment for the full amount.
