reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me They finally, after five and a half months, sent me the refund I should have received within a couple of weeks, and without emails, a dozen phone calls and a complaint to the Revdex.com!BUT...I do disagree with their whining about being “out double the money.” Their ‘authorized distributor’ rejected my refund request “because you’ve opened the product”...?? How else would I have known if it worked or not?!? Plus, they accepted the product back and promised, of their own volition, to “in this case we’ll handle your refund ourselves.” Once they did that, it was incumbent upon them to resolve the issue Instead, they chose to delay, make excuses and finally send me to Amazon, knowing that their 30-day window for refunds had ended several months before because I was waiting on SportEar to deal honestly with me I got my refund, and that’s all I wanted Any company with integrity will stand behind its product without putting a customer through the hassle, time and effort I had to expend to get that refund So my complaint has been satisfied, but that company will never get my business again

As per company policy we do have a 10% restocking fee on all custom products which is explained on the order forms as well as on our website. With approval we did refund this customer the full amount paid.
