I received a charge $9.38 on my card from "sport exposite.com". I've never even heard of this company. I googled the name and found out it's a scam. I cancelled my card and filed complaint with the FTC.

I accept the refund because it is absolutely owed to me
however this is blatant fraud.  I have
never been to New Jersey.  My bank is not
based in New Jersey.  I have no
affiliation with the state of New Jersey yet this company was able to process
my card by using “personal information”
tied to New Jersey.
#1 - This is not possible due to processing requirements
that require identifying information like the zip code the card is registered
to.  They obviously have my real card
information and have processed this transaction accordingly.  The "Customer Billing Information"
they have provided you at the Revdex.com is 100% fake. 
#2 - A simple online search of www.SportExpoSite.com reveals
a long and storied history of fraud and ill repute.  Dozens of news articles and consumer watchdog
groups (including federal organizations) have identified this company as fraudulent
and have given it the highest “scam” alert rating possible.

websites and IP checkers – all came back with the same message:  Does not exist. 
This is even more troubling considering if an
online purchase was made an email address would have to be provided.  A legitimate transaction should not have
processed if the required email field was populated with an email account that
was inactive or. In this case it never existed to begin with.

Desired resolution:  -I want my refund for this fraudulent transaction that I
never authorized.  -After the refund funds are back in my account I wish to
press charges against this merchant through local, state and federal law enforcement
for what appears to be a myriad of dishonest and fraudulent activity.

This Company processed $9 and change payments to my card 2 months in a row. I missed it last month, but reviewed all historical transactions when I found today's. When calling company to inquire, rep willingly processed credits for both transactions, and sent details of current transaction - which had an email address nowhere near mine listed on the ticket.
I also called my banking institution to inquire how to best address this, new card, new account - very frustrating.
AND... I didn't even need/want a flashlight or water resistant binoculars, cheap ones at that.

Had a charge show up on my credit card for $9.95, I did not make this purchase, nor do I do any business with www.sportexposite.com. Looks like this is a fraudulent charge and my credit card company is taking care of it. Be aware of any charges from this company!
