I am rejecting this response because:The check was promised by company back in February but nobody bothered to send anything until I reached out to Revdex.com.  Even after I reached out to them and Revdex.com with my claim instead of sending me $200 I was asking they sent me check for $75. I did not cash the check until after I got notice from Revdex.com that there is nothing can be done and company is not responding. This does not mean I am satisfied with the reimbursement. When I signed up my son I was promised practices and games. When games were canceled I was no longer interested in practices either as I think this is NOT effective to practice without having ability to apply skills in the game. They still owe me $125 to satisfy the complaint.

Review: I signed my son for winter soccer program. The cost of program was $395 + $25 for insurance. The promised program included 8 games and 10 practices. After 3 games the team was removed from [redacted] futsal competition which resulted that organizers failed to deliver promised 8 games (instead they only delivered 3 games). 2 weeks later they told us they will reimburse $75 and will continue with practices only. At this point I was not able to move my son to another program where he would be able to get sufficient training and game experience. As soon as they informed that games were cancelled and they will only be continuing with practices I informed them that my son will no longer be participating and I request a refund for the balance of $200 based on the remaining 5 games and 5 practices that they did not deliver at that moment. I never heard back from them. I tried to contact them several times through email without any success. To summarize:they messed up entire season (practices were not at the level expected, fields were shared with other teams on multiple occasions during practices, games were not delivered, communication was not handled properly, the entire program was all about collecting money from people at the expanse of kids!!!)The following people were contacted regarding this meter:Rodrigo C[redacted]Director Sportika Futsal AcademyHenry A. Response:

I just received this complaint from your office in the mail this week. This is the first time I have ever received a Revdex.com complaint for any business I have been involved in, so I am not sure exactly how to handle it, however I did speak to someone in your office today who said that I should email you a response immediately. Sportika ran a winter Futsal Soccer program that was to include 10 training sessions and 8 games in a league run by a reputable organization out of central NJ. The cost of the program was $420, and this was the breakdown… · $395 to cover the 18 sessions with our professional coach (10 training sessions and 8 games)· $25 for insurance fees per player to the league The value of the program is in the training, not the games. The improvement of the players (and most if not all would tell you) comes from the very high level training sessions that were delivered, where the focus was on the players technical development. The league, which was run by [redacted], was to be played at various [redacted] University gyms. Unfortunately, [redacted] and [redacted] had many issues, and many of the league games were cancelled. We told all of the folks (135 players) in the academy that the league would no longer be able to accommodate us after the teams had played 3 or 4 games. What we did for the players, was to continue the training (which again was the highest benefit of the program), and to hold our own games with outside clubs in the gyms that we had access to. In the end, our participants received all 10 training sessions, and either 4 or 5 total games. We calculated the cost of each session (18) to be approximately $22/session (not to include the $25 in insurance fees, because even if you only play 1 game it would be required by the league and The United States Futsal Federation rules). As a company, what we decided to do, was to offer 2 options as good faith to our participants. We offered $75 cash (which [redacted] took and deposited – see attached), or $100 of value off any other program that Sportika was offering. ALL players took 1 of the 2 options and were completely satisfied with the result except for [redacted]. At this point, I would expect The Revdex.com to release the negative comments against my company after reviewing this case.
