We cancelled Maggie's membership on 1/**/2016, but made a clerical mistake and did not wipe out her billing template. We have now wiped her billing template and have voided out her membership charges and refunded her credit card for such charges on 3/*/2016.

[redacted] has asked for a credit of membership that has been charged to her account since May, 2014. We have credited all of her membership fees from that period, made sure that her account now has a zero balance, and made sure that she will no longer receive such bills. We have apologized to [redacted]...

for not fixing this problem sooner and we hope that she is now satisfied that we have rectified the situation.

Review: Despite repeated requests to stop by phone and in writing, Sportime [redacted] continues to attempt to debit my credit card for services they are not rendering. My children took tennis lessons last year, ending May, 2014. Their billing department continued billing my credit card until it expired. Now they send me written bills totalling $648.00, even though lessons ended, we cancelled our membership and I have called many times to stop the billing. People do not return phone calls or stop attempting to debit my credit card charges and late fees.Desired Settlement: Stop billing me and credit me everything you debited since May, 2014.

Review: I had sent in a written request last month to cancel my membership but my credit card was still charged with this month's membership fee. I called the business and they said once I sent in a written request, the recurrent charge on my [redacted] would stop.Desired Settlement: Stop the recurrent charge on my credit card on file.
