I took my bike in on a Monday the service technician told me it would take two days for my parts to come in but their was more issues with the bike I only had half of the money. I asked if they could keep the bike till all the issues were fixed an explained to the technician I got paid bi weekly he told me he couldn't keep my bike that long. On Saturday they call me to come pick my bike up an I ask the man on the phone who identifies himself as the owner a man named [redacted] if his technician drove the bike at all to see if the issue was fixed. He tells me " I don't let my technicians ride bikes that are not safe what are you stupid" exact words. So I hang up the phone an go down their in person to talk to this [redacted] I take my [redacted] grandmother with me. I start to talk to him an he can't even look at me in the face an I ask him is this how you treat your customers calling them stupid on the phone an you won't let one of your technicians ride the bike because it's unsafe but you'll let me a new rider drive off your lot knowing that the bike is unsafe because I didn't have all the money for a rear brake an brake caliper on top of the new sprocket an chain I had paid 311 dollars for. He gets out of his desk an walks up to me with his fists balled up trying to fight me. I'm [redacted] old the man is in his [redacted] my grandmother had to step in between us when this happened. He than called the police on me even know he was the one who was the aggressor. I'm a customer weather I spend $10 dollars their or $1000 dollars their. I tried to do business so that my bike was safe to ride. But this business only cares about one thing an one thing only money. The cops on scene told me this is not the first time they have had to come to their business to deal with this individual he's disrespectful he doesn't care about sending someone out on a bike he knows is not safe. No business should ever treat an individual that way. I am now not allowed at the business because I confronted the owner on his wrong doing verbally in front of his staff an other customers. I hope know one else has to ever deal with an individual like this. I also had a friend come in prior to this to look at a motorcycle another new rider he asked a sales rep some info on the bike an the gentleman tells him "all the information is on the tag can you not read" I think this place is bad for business an I wanted to get my experience out their.
