Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for over $180 last Friday. It is now bedtime Tuesday evening, and I still have not even received a receipt or any other acknowledgement that my order was received for processing. The site navigation appears to be have been down for days, as I continue to get an error message every time I try to navigate the site again. There's no telephone number to reach anyone, and so far no replies to any of my email message inquiries! This is probably not a good place to transact business.

I'm a buyer on sportlots.com and had many current high bids in auctions. I was ready to spend 100's on basball cards.I belive got blocked after 5 days of not paying, with no warning after I won auctions on the 1-17 and 1-20 and got blocked on 1-21, which was my birthday. I want to pay for the cards I won, at auctions. I have sent emails to them for 5 days with no response. just keep getting this :

I tried many hours on trying logging into sportlots.com and on multiple devises at multiple places, site worked when I tried away from home until I logged into my account. Then I get the same error message. I'm assuming I got blocked for some reason. I am concerned because Sportlots address is PO BOX at a UPS store, does not respond to emails, does not have a phone number to call for help and website owner is a shell company,Perfect Privacy Domain
(Company operates a blacklist. This blacklist is used by various organizations to restrict email delivery and not have true owners public knowledge)

You dont want to deal with this company...They claim they on;ly check their mail once or twice a week and ur money orders dont get processed for weeks at a time and thy only give u 15 days to pay for something so add in their once or twice a week mail checks...Usually u get blocked from the sellers for not paying when the money was sitting in their box! Then insted of trying to fix things for someone that spends hundreds a month...They just block you...Np ill find another site to spen my hard earned money that actually cares about their customers!

I want to pay for the cards I won, at auctions. I believe a worker at sportlots were upset that I won the auctions and they didn't or they were the sellers and didn't want to sell them that cheap. I'm sending contemplates to the BBB

I place an order on April 1 2019, At this time I don't receive it. my email is [protected]@yahoo.com. order #Pablito1 2019040111561. I went to the Post Office and they said that you ship to Wisconsin. My address is [protected] San Sebastian Puerto Rico. I think never buy you anything. I'm a good buying of your company. I am very disappoint and frustrated. I will call to my VISA and cancel it.Please contact me.

I have reviewed this situation and have determined that *** *** previously had an account with Sportlots that was closed. When *** used a new, duplicate account with Sportlots and made payment with PayPal, the system identified the duplicate registration (because of
duplicate PayPal accounts) and automatically closed out the duplicate account. I have since reviewed our Sportlots account and noticed that *** has filed a PayPal dispute for the mentioned $and I have processed the refund request via PayPal.I have also manually re-opened the sellers account so that they can effectively communicate with Sportlots through our message center and resolve any additional issues *** may have. Thanks

Review: I'm a seller on Sportlots.com website. On December 6th,2014 I made a purchase through them using my paypal account. When the order was placed there was no communication as to whether the order was received from the company. Yet, the sportlots company charged my Paypal account for $7.15 for the order. When trying to contact the company(sportlots) about the order I have not received no response. To make matters worse I've been a seller on sportlots for over a year and when I tried to escalate this issue through paypal, Sportlots I believe blocked my access to my seller's account. I now have no access through sportlots by which to communicate my concerns. When I looked up the company info through your website the Phone # listed for Sportlots is incorrect. So, that avenue to address my concerns is also a dead end. Therefore in conclusion I'm having problem getting a Refund for items purchased through this company and I am concerned that as a seller that uses this site my reputation is being slighted and debased by this company for problems that are in their domain. My order # from sportlots for this order was and is sangana [redacted]. Transaction # for this purchase made through paypal is #[redacted]..Desired Settlement: Refund on order placed with this company is in order. Also since I'm a very reputable seller I want an explanation from this company as to why my seller account cannot be accessed and used since the escalation of this purchase. Last but not least it would be very nice if this company would have a legit phone number contact so resolutions can be made directly and not via a third party like the Revdex.com or paypal.Thank you for your time and consideration.
