Review: I ordered a Seahawks Mr [redacted] for my grandson's b-day. I received a confirmation email, but then it never shipped. After 2 weeks I wrote 2 emails & called & left 2 messages. I have not gotten a response back.Desired Settlement: I would like the product shipped very soon or a full refund.

Review: I placed an order online with For a Dale Earnhardt senior steering wheel cover For afor a Christmas present for my brother around the end of October beginning of November 2014 never received the steering wheel cover but was charged for it I again placed another order with them On February 16th of 2015 and I still have not received it and they have charged me for it I have emailed them and contacted them at the number that they have on their website and I have not received word back from them at all I am sending them another letter I'm sending them a letter I should say informing them that I am contacting the Revdex.com and the California Consumer Affairs board and if I have to I will go to an attorney to get my money back from them I have given them over $70 I want my money back or I will take them to courtDesired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I ordered a product from this website on 12/12/14 and never received the item. It is now 2/26/15 and the item did not come. They charged my bank account and everything. I have tried to contact this company at least 10 times via email and phone and no one ever got back to me. I called during their business hours and no one ever answers. I have left voicemails each time with my contact information. I have asked for a refund and still no word. I don't even want the product now as I am so furious with this sham of a business.Desired Settlement: I want the money back that they took out if my account immediately.

Review: I ordered a jacket from Sports Addict on or about 23 January 2015. The charge was posted to my credit card on or about 25 January 2015. I paid the credit card on or about 10 February 2015. I have not received the jacket. I have made repeated calls to the business but no person answers the phone and my calls are not returned. I sent an e-mail regarding my purchase and the reply was that my order had been cancelled. I have not received a credit on my credit card though. I have since sent several e-mails to Sports Addict but they have not been answered.Desired Settlement: I would like my merchandise I ordered and paid for, or merchandise similar to what I ordered or preferably my money returned. The item of my purchase was $91.79.

Review: I placed an order on 6/1/14 and did receive e-mail confirmation from the company of my order. About a week later, I tried to check the status of my order by clicking the link in my confirmation e-mail. There is no tracking number or order status update. I have sent 2 e-mails to the company (6/11/14 and 6/25/14) asking for a status update with no reply. I have also left 2 phone messages with the company (6/16/14 and 6/25/14) with no call back. As of today, 6/27/14, I still have not received my order. My credit card was charged on 6/1/14.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order or receive credit if my order is not going to be shipped.

Review: On 3 January 15, I ordered two Buffalo Bills beanies from Sports Addict totaling $70.58, I seen no movement of my order on the 3rd, 4th or 5th so I emailed Sports Addict, I recieved an Email from [redacted] who stated,

There is a copy of the deduction from my account and the date it was deducted. There is a 10-day window from the time that I cancelled the order from the time money was deducted from my account. I am not sure how you do business in California but this is not how we do business in the rest of the country. Please return all of my money to my account. I have the entire trail of e-mails and I have called and left messages with the phone number listed. I have not heard from the company since the 6th of January 2015. I have contacted the [redacted] in Fountain Valley, they are the ones that suggested I contact the Better Business
