Complaint Information (Please provide a brief and factual response to the complaint that you received.)Your initial response and your final response to the complaint will be made public in the Revdex.com Business Review for your business on [redacted] Please be careful to make statements that are correct and not likely to create liability for you when they are published*This is in response to a complaint filed by [redacted] ***, who financed a Acura MDX, [redacted] on March **, [redacted] came to our office with his girlfriend and he decided to financeThis car was in good running conditionCustomers' girlfriend stated that the battery wasn't good, so we told her to bring the car back and we would change the battery with no cost to himShe then recalled the office, stating the car wouldn't startThey were given (3) keysTwo were to lock and unlock the car and the other key was to start the vehicleWhen, they used the other key, the car started without any problems [redacted] said thank you, that was our faultWe are not aware of who told [redacted] to take this car to a mechanicCustomer claims he was told by his mechanic, that the car had 20+ issues but, we never received anything from the mechanic or [redacted] that stated the 20+ issuesCustomer was sho wn a car fax on the vehicle and it showed that they were no accidents, clean title and vehicle had been servicedCustomer also states that he wrote a letter to us and we never responded but, we have never received anything from the customer[redacted] is a very nice man, who came to finance a vehicleHe seemed to agree to all terms and conditions of the finance agreementWe give our customers a limited warranty for engine and transmission only [redacted] ***s' girlfriend was very aggressive over the phone and she is not the owner of the car [redacted] never called our office to complain about anything.At this time, the warranty has expired and there is nothing we can do for him

The Customer came into our business to purchase the used Infiniti G35x with his parents and the *** in handThe customer test drove the car with his parents, and then he stated the car needs some work to be done to the carHe was aware the cars issues at the time of purchaseThe price
of vehicle was $and reduced to $We gave him that courtesy of reducing the price because he stated he was a student and the car needed repairs and he needed the money for the repairsHe purchased his own *** for the vehicle it has been in accidents so he was fully aware of the cars prior historyOur company offers a day Limited Warranty that covers 50% of the transmission and engine he also signed and we have a copy of the signed warrantyWhen the customer came in to pay off the balance of the car with his father he actually stated to his father the car was in an accidentThe following day he came back with friends and was very rude and nasty with the sales person that his car was not ready on time, when we stated that we were trying our best to solve the issueThere was a big line at DMV which we told him.
The customer was aware of the repairs, although we will still help pay 50% of the cost of the repair for the struts and it will done at our mechanicThe customer will bring in the car to us, with the other 50% to cover the cost of the repairsOn 9/**/Customer was called so we can we resolve this matterhe stated that he will get back to us, we have not spoken back to himThis will be the only repair done which isn't covered in our warranty, we are doing this as a professional courtesy to show that we value our customers

I'm here today because I'm a man of my word and I signed an agreement that I would notify The Revdex.com that on October *** I received my car back from Sports & imports AutoI gave them my car and they repaired the front right axle, sway bov link, oil cooler gasket ( oil leak ), new oil change, two cam shaft sensors, oxygen sensor ( check engine light ) & stabilizer barMy car is still leaking and they did not replace my instrument cluster the car does read the proper amount of gas I didn't even know if the that's the proper amount of mileage on the car but I don't want to the situation any bigger its a used car and I will fix it myself But I do appreciate *** & *** for everything and the customer service of one of their employees *** was horrible this guy threatened to kill me in front of my father his exacts words were " I smoke people like you " I don't know what that means but it was uncalled for I don't know if he had an attitude because they had to fix the car or what but his people skills are horrible but thank you for making my first car experience a living hell

not having any knowledge of the car that they purchased which is not doing good business you know everything about your car until you put someone in it I came with my brothers yes they were not rude they were upset at the fact that you've given me a set time to pick up my car and nothing was done everyone was sitting down and not getting my car situated [redacted] was outside smoking a cigarette looking at buses drive by and [redacted] was trying to swindle 150.00 extra for his commission because he said he did me a favor which I don't even know what favor he has done for me but I took my car to get checked out by an Infiniti dealer and they told me my right passenger axle is faulty and my car was not suppose to pass New York State inspection so I'm assuming they fraudulently passed my car through inspection now I'm driving an unsafe car in New York where there are pot holes everywhere which can cause my axle to snap break and it can be more damage to my car or be even fatal to me or anyone else while I'm driving

[redacted] came to our office with his girlfriend and he decided to finance. This car was in good running condition. Customers' girlfriend stated that the battery wasn't good, so we told her to bring the car back and we would change the battery with no cost to him. She then recalled the office, stating the car wouldn't start. They were given (3) keys. Two were to lock and unlock the car and the other key was to start the vehicle. When, they used the other key, the car started without any problems. [redacted] said thank you, that was our fault. We are not aware of who told [redacted] to take this car to a mechanic. Review: I purchased a used car from the company and upon taking it to my mechanic I found out it has a major transmission problem. Also black tape was placed over the check engine light and two other lights (which is still there) to disguise the problems with the car. I went back to the business and let them know of these issues and they denied selling me the car their claiming I purchased it independently from another guy that they had showing me the car when all transactions was done inside their office. Secondly the bill of sale is stamp with another company name, I notice this after I started having all these issues with the car. I also have a tape recording with me and business conversations.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to pay for the repairs that the car needs or give me a full refund because they disguise the problems with the car and sold it to me.

Review: I purchased my car and drove it off the lot Wednesday sept [redacted], 2014 a few hours later my car was on a tow truck my car was reading a half a tank but was not properly correct so I ended up running out of gas. I need a new fuel sending unit my front passenger axle needs to be changed and I need all four new struts. He did not tell me the car was in a accident prior and when I asked for car fax he claimed he didn't know about the car so I do have the [redacted] and it has been in 4 prior accidents. the car is in very good condition but yes its a used car it needs work but at least fix the car to where I shouldn't have these incidents I am a college student studying radiology and now I have to pay for these parts I called him to tell him that my car was towed he said that it was not his problem I just feel that's not good business if you want me to come back again or send my friends and family there the customer service should be through the roof.Desired Settlement: I just would like those parts of the car fixed or help me fix them It is not like I've had the car for 2 weeks or more I got towed the same day of the purchase and he doesn't even care I have the receipts to prove I was towed. and the mechanics to prove what needs to be done to the car.

The Customer came into our business to purchase the used 2005 Infiniti G35x with his parents and the [redacted] in hand. The price of vehicle was $6495 and reduced to $6124.45. We gave him that courtesy of reducing the price because he stated he was a student and the car needed repairs and he needed the money for the repairs. He purchased his own [redacted] for the vehicle it has been in accidents so he was fully aware of the cars prior history. Our company offers a 14 day Limited Warranty that covers 50% of the transmission and engine he also signed and we have a copy of the signed warranty. When the customer came in to pay off the balance of the car with his father he actually stated to his father the car was in an accident. The following day he came back with friends and was very rude and nasty with the sales person that his car was not ready on time, when we stated that we were trying our best to solve the issue. Review: I purchased an 2007 up-lander for this dealership he told me the van was good so I went when I got the he lowered the price from $1400 to $1200 because he said a small issue had to be fix a solenoid and it would cost around $400 to $500 max. I paid him $1100 on 01/**/16 and he said I could give the $100 tomorrow. On 01/**/16 he took the $100 and put it in his pocket and put on paper work that I paid $1100 instead of $1200. I took the van to a transmission shop they said the transmission has to be rebuilt it would cost $1400 to $1800. I contacted the dealer and stated I need to return the van . He said call the police. I had a 2007 up-lander and the transmission stopped working I would have ;paid to fix it now I'm stuck with two vans not working . I work as a delivery person for a restaurant I needed a van to work to take care of my family . I have 6 children I don't know what else to do I didn't have the van two weeks /Desired Settlement: I would like my $1200 refunded or the van repaid for the amount of $500 that stated and they the dealer covers the difference. or a trade of vehicle for the amount of $1200 or $1700 what he told me I would have to spend
