I placed an order with Sports Apparel on 6/and have not received my order yetI have called their number and left messages (one per day) asking them to return my call and have not got a responseIt's very frustrating to me when their websites states they "are here to help" followed by their number and have yet to get back to meAt this point I would like to know if they can even fill my order as I was really looking forward to the t-shirts but if not i'd like to know how to go about getting a refund from themI found them through [redacted] and now I can't find them on there so it makes me suspicious that this was a scam

I placed an order for an Eric Hosmer Twill jersey size adult XLI placed my order on the 6th day of June 2015, when I placed my order my confirmation email stated that I would receive my order between and business daysFrom the 6th day of June, my order at the latest should have arrived the 17th day of JuneAfter trying numerous times to contact this company, via phone and email, I received nothing backFinally, today, the 24th day of June, after phone calls, and an email stating that I would have no choice but to seek legal action if I was not contacted immediately, I was contactedI was first asked for my order and reference numbers, and then with no explanation, was told I was given a full refund and the money would take approximately 5-business days to appear in my accountWhen asked why I was given a refund without requesting one, I was told that they no longer carry the item I ordered If they no longer carry it, my order should have never gone throughI am very displeased with the service, or lack of,that I received from this companyThe jersey was a father's day gift for my husband, and now I have to inform him that his gift will never arriveI would NEVER wish this kind of terrible service to anyone, friend or foe

Before beginning a relationship with this company, the owner was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs However, after a few mistakes, some issues are still waiting to be resolved We have tried numerous attempts to reach out by phone, email, text, Facebook messages, etcwith no response from anyone within the company Simple issues needing to be resolved pertain to missing items and communication Our intent was to continue business, start an online store but with no response, our decision has forced us to separate We have been attempting to obtain our designs to hire another vendor with no such luck Poor communication and customer service are the main reasons we are no longer doing business with this company We do not recommend this company to anyone based on these main issues alone
