Julington Creek never fulfilled their obligation to usThey came out times during the work week and never sprayed our backyardThe reason given was that our dogs were in the yardWe leave the door open for our dogs during the day and gave permission for them to put the dogs insideWhen they said they couldn't do that we asked that they come on the weekendsThey in return denied our request and said that they couldn't come out on weekends though the initial meeting with them was on a weekendAfter this we then asked that they give us a courtesy call the day before and we would make arrangements to keep the dogs inside on that day, but they never called and instead again did not spray our backyardWeeks passed and we realized that they had not been out to sprayWe called the company to discover that they cancelled our service without warning that they were doing soAbove all of this the job done was not great to begin with as we still had/have a lot of weed growth on fresh layed sodWe will be going with another company and I suggest others do the same before they get stuck with substandard work and service

Julington Creek Pest Control quoted me $+ stabut when I tried to activate service Heather declined my request saying I Did Not have a quoteI called several times and emailed her their written quote - and eventually, after insinuating that I was lying - they came back and agreed to do my service for $+ start-upWhy is the same tiny yard now costing an extra $per month? If they mistreat customers before I start, why do business with them? There are too many other good reputable companies that would appreciate and care for your patronage
I would warn you to avoid this pest control company I used Julington for about months, and initially called them due to chinch bugs While they initially killed the chinch bugs after several treatments and re-treatments, after about months I started to see more dead spots in my lawn***, my technician, tried everything to address the problem, including fertilizer, insecticide, fungicide and herbicide, but the problem continued and got worse When I called their office, the girl who answers the phone tried to tell me that while she couldn't diagnose my problem over the phone, she then proceeded to tell me that since I had chinch bugs in the past, they were probably the reason why I had dead patches I asked the owner to call me, and when he did, he also told me that I had a past history of chinch bugs, and dead patches were a result, and that chinch bugs are what keep them in business Rather than asking what my concerns were, or offering to come look at my lawn, he quoted all of the times they had serviced my lawn Since it was clear he was not interested in resolving my issue, I told him to discontinue my service I would think after months, they could control any chinch bug or other issues so that my lawn looked healthy, but it actually looks worse now than before I used them Rude owner, bad results (although *** was a really nice technician) - don't use them
Our landscaper recommended Julington Creek Pest Control for yard and tree/shrub pest control over a year ago Since then, they have faithfully called each month to notify us that they would be out the next day, treated out yard and provided a written summation of the treatments provided Our yard has never looked better and we have tried quite a number of companies We are very pleased with this company and the services provided on an ongoing basis!
For this review I'm going to be as objective as possible, I used this company for nearly years and they never once could get my grass healthy! Julington Creek Pest Control charged me $every weeks for two years and every time I would call them about the health of my grass they always had an excuse or would try to tell me it was my fault They would say you're watering it to much, you're not watering it enough, the oaks aren't letting in enough sun light, you need top soil or your kids are walking on it to much On one occasion I had put down all new sod because the grass completely died under their care and the next summer that same spot died again their excuse was new grass isn't as strong as the older grass Um you mean the older dead grass?? They would find fault with everything other then themselves so I would spend money doing whatever it is they said was the issue Finally, after catching on to their game I had all the answers and bases covered so they had no choice but to be more accountable for their poor service They came out recently and tested the soil PH levels and "wow" they found that my PH was really off which they blamed it on the oak trees of course We'll after year of giving me wrong info while having my lawn look horrible they had the audacity to tell me it would be an additional $dollar charge to add lime to my soil to help my grass grow backWhen I told them that was rediculous and that I would cancel my services the owner said ok in a very smug way Clearly this company doesn't care about it's customers or doing the right thing I guess that's apparent by their low google reviews Stay far away from the jokers, their are plenty of good companies out there and this isn't one of them
