Review: I received a Skechers Go Walk Activity Tracker as a gift and it worked for a second before ceasing to work. I downloaded the app and synced my device. When I contacted customer service they said my phone is not compatible and tough luck. They refused to exchange the item for a similar product that would be compatible or to refund my money, or really any solutions at all. I have looked high and low online and found nothing that backs up their statement that my device is not compatible. It states "Android running 4.2 or later" on every compatibility reference...if there is one! Most places have no information at allDesired Settlement: Refund / replacement. I want an activity tracker that monitors my steps and sleep. Their misinformation has left me with a Christmas gift I cannot use or return.

If this cannot be done, the company must take swift action to ensure this doesn't happen again. This includes, but is not limited to, updating distributors on the correct compatibility wherever the device is listed for sale; disabling the app for devices that are not compatible (very easy to do in both the [redacted] and [redacted] store, you can make the app not available for Galaxy S3 devices) and sending out alerts to anyone with the app about the device's compatibility. I would like proof that at last one of these measures have been taken.

Review: I recently purchased a Bowflex Heart Rate Monitor EZ Pro wrist band which also functions as a watch. The heart rate monitor never worked and despite repeated calls to their facility in Deer Park, nobody will call me back or honor the unit's warranty. Also, inside the packaging itself it states " do not return the product to the store where purchased" but to contact us directly.Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a fully functioning replacement but I would of course accept a refund if this is not possible.
