Review: Bellow is the letter/email of complaint that I sent to the [redacted] and [redacted] of Sports Court on 09/**/14Dear [redacted] and [redacted], I write to request the address of your Corporate Headquarters. I wish to follow up with them on the poor customer support services of Sports Court. I signed up for membership at the [redacted] Sports Court on 6/*/13 and only visited the gym on the 2 following dates: 6/**/13, 6/**/13.I have not been to the [redacted] Gym or any othe Sports Court location since then.For the past year and 3 months I have been charged membership fees for my non attendance at your gym. I would like to contact your Corporate Headquarters to question your current corporate customer service practice and policies. Is this how your company operates? Making profit on citizens? No notification or question if we want to continue services if there has been an extended period of non attendance? No follow-up on the health status or otherwise of the citizen who may may not be able to attend due to circumstances beyond there control? Is this how your company makes their profit? If this correct, your company has made a profit of $925 on my non attendance at your gym. Attached is a copy of the print out of my account from your company website...indicating the 3 dates of attendance withing the month of June 2013 and 15 months of charges of non attendance at your gym. I have investigated the process to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, and would like to notify your headquaters. Please respond in writing.
