June 15, 2015This is in response to [redacted] 's complaint,on Friday, April 17th, [redacted] e-mailed me (see below) about placing a RUSH ORDER with Sports ExtraHe came in on Monday, April 20th and wanted shirts printed by Friday, April 24thI told him that while we could get the printing done, we would not be able to go through the standard checkpoints to make sure a job is done 100% correctly because of how quickly he needed the job printed, but we would do the best we could considering the time, or lack thereofThe main issue with [redacted] 's job was that he did not bring in the “FILM” that specified the size of the artworkHe said in his e-mail (See below) that he would bring the “FILM” to Sports Extra but he didn'tHe only brought the shirts,Without the FILM, we could not see exactly what he wantedHe provided a link to a online picture, but the link didn't specify the exact sizes for the men's and women's shirts.Considering this was the first time we were doing this artwork, the FILM was crucial, I told him it would be a great help to have it, but he didn't have time to do it because he was coming from work.I offered to replace the shirts if he returned the so-called "damaged" but [redacted] refusedHe wanted to keep the "damaged" shirts and get new ones.We believe he sold the “damaged” shirts and was trying to get another round of free t-shirts.I do not want to work with [redacted] anymore because he doesn't respect the screen printing process, which is ironic because he claims to be a screen printer himself.Sports Extra's Desired Settlement—"Damaged" shirts returned and we will replace them with new, correctly printed shirts,
