Review: Ordered an item from their website on 7/2......funds removed from my account on 7/11, item shipped and delivered to wrong address. I live in Delaware, my item was shipped to California. I have left multiple E-mails, sent several dozen faxes, and multiple phone calls......they are refusing to respond.Desired Settlement: All monies refunded, a call to apologize for their ineptitude............some form of response/acknowledgement would be nice.

Review: On 7/11/2013 I purchased a Universal Roof Rack for my truck.

I have not receive the item yet, despite several attempts to contact the store.

I have sent them 2 emails and they have not responded.Desired Settlement: I will like to have the item I paid for.

Review: I ordered a Traildrop II Digital Compass & Temperature Keychain online through Sports Imports, LTD on August 26, 2013. I received the item in the mail approximately two weeks later. On October 2nd, I presented the item as a birthday gift. The recipient immediately opened the item. The recipient & I found the keychain to not work at all, even after properly installing new batteries. I called the manufacturer about the defect, & was told to return the item to the business who I ordered the keychain from. I tried several times in the next few days to reach someone at the telephone number listed on the website, with no success. On October 9th, I contacted the customer service of Sports Imports, LTD about by problem. On October 10th, I submitted a return request form through the Sports Imports, LTD website. According to an October 16th e-mail message sent by the company, the company does not permit returns 10 days or more following a person receiving his or her order. Neither will they permit a return if the item has been opened. There was no way for me to determine if the item worked properly while it was still in it's package & I would not have opened the package prior to giving it as a gift.Desired Settlement: The business should accept my return, refund my money, & alter it's return policy.

Review: I ordered an item from this company and received an item from them promptly. However, upon opening the item, it was found that they had sent me an entirely different set of items, different from what I had originally ordered. I contacted the business and they had me fill out a return form so that I may start the process of return and have them send me the correct items. However, I never received word on where and how to send back the items. I emailed them again, and have yet to receive a reply. They are now not answering my wishes to have a refund as well. They are a company that does not use phone services and email is the only way to contact them which makes it very difficult to get in touch with them.Desired Settlement: By now, instead of receiving the item that I originally purchased, I would like to return these items and collect a refund on the purchase that was never successfully sent to me.

Review: They have shipped me the wrong product. I looked at the order and they are at fault. I have tried contacting them by email. No Response. I have emailed them several times now and no response. Their return policy says give them up to four days. It has been over a week now. No email back saying that they received it. Don't know even if they have gotten it. Called the manufacture of the product, they gave me a different number to call and have gotten no response. Very poor way to do business. Next time I will look up them on Revdex.com to see if what their rating are. This company has a very poor rating on service.Desired Settlement: To get the product that I ordered.
