Sports Just 4 Girls

Review: My boyfriends daughter is on the cheer team for our Middle School.The coach ordered their cheer clothes from this store. Orders were given in to school on September [redacted].October [redacted] my check was cashed.Within this time the coach was fired.(the coach and the store owners are related I was told)On November [redacted] I went into Sports Just 4 Girls in Mt. Sinai to see if I could find out what was happening with the clothes. The owners of the store said they could not give it to me since the coach ordered it. I told them I had spoke to the new coach and told her my office is right next door and I could pick up so the team could have their stuff as there were only 2 practices left before re-tryouts.She said that was fine.They called the old coachs mother and after going back and forth she said she would pick up and bring to practice that day.I left the store and then recieved a text that practice was cancelled.I went back in store so they could let her know so she wouldnt go to school and no one was there and I proceeded to ask the owner if she could possibly give my cell to her so I could make arrangements to get the stuff. With that the husband came out from the back screaming at the top of his lungs that they are not getting involved.I did not ask them to get involved or even discuss the coach at all. My check was made out to this store and just wanted my daughter to have her sweats for the next practice. So we finally get the clothes on November [redacted]. My daughter sweat size was wrong, so I ran up to store to let them know and get the right size this time with my boyfriend. We went in and I told him about size he said take it up with the coach. Then started running his mouth. I told him I really didn't care about what he was saying. So after him telling us to get the [redacted] out of his store and calling my boyfriend a [redacted] we were walking out and he was following us all the way to the car laughing and taking our plate.We still have the wrong size sweats & this store has the most horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: Would like the right size sweats atleast, its bad enough the seasons over now.
