between 02/25/to 11/14/for three different diagnoses. Benefits were obtained from her insurance company for each visit and or procedure preformedPatient questioned her billing only after she was informed regarding a balance due. All balances were paid in full by the patientUpon requesting a refund due to the therapy not making her complaint better a three way call was initiated by the patient with her insurance company and the manager of the business office. During the call the insurance representative, it was explained to the patient that there was not a refund pending for the services provided by Sports Medicine Associates. There is a reference number for this call and all calls are recorded. Since the call was initiated by the patient she is the only one able to obtain the reference number for the callThere are emails starting on August 14, to March 16, between the patient and the billing staff and billing manager. I am rejecting this response because: Sports Medicine Associates are very unprofessionalThere is no such call with insurance company.
I had different names due to a court order Documentation from the court was given to their officesThere is no fraud here and I felt the staff were being malicious in bullying me knowing my condition and my situationIt is not right to also refuse to accommodate a patient who is disabledI mentioned this to them however they chose to sideline thisInsurance started nothing is owedTheir billing practices and slopy errors are very unbecoming.
